"They charge you a 200€ deposit, but they did return it promptly as discussed. The thing that surprised me the most is their strictness about the check-in time. The guy managing the accommodation is quite rude, ignored us completely even if we arrived 30 mins before the check-in. I have never experienced this before, not even in Japan. Their attitude is definitely not welcoming at all. I don’t know if this is their way of doing business or if this was an isolated case, but I suggest them to be more friendly and flexible, especially since Andorra is relying heavily on tourism. Perhaps they don’t care as people come there regardless. Moreover, they DO NOT clean the kitchen and expect you to do it or charge you extra for it. If you arrive later than their check-in time, which is absurd anyway, they charge you an extra 20€. They also expect you to take the trash out, but the guy managing the apartment gave extremely vague instructions. Take these aspects into account when booking the apartament, especially if you plan to arrive later than 19:30. My rating is strictly for the apartment, not the owners."

"Everything was perfectly adequate most of our time spent was on the slopes or eating out, returning to sleep only 1 night unable to sleep because of a teenage party in the next apartment till 12pm"

"We paid a damage deposit of €300 which I was told would be reimbursed after the clean within 5 working days, it's now over 2 weeks since we left the apartment in as good a condition as we found it, with just the washing of the laundry to do"
