"Hotel hezky moderní v samém centru Andory, čisté a prostorné pokoje i koupelna. Snídaně v nejvyšším patře s výhledem na město. Snídaně byla velmi dobrá velký výběr teplého i studeného bufetu. Míchaná vajíčka, parky, zelenina a ovoce. Možnost nechat si udělat výbornou vaječnou omeletu na přání u obsluhy u teplého bufetu. Personál milý. Parkování v garáži public, hotel zajišťuje slevu při placení. Z garáže přístup přímo do hotelu. Vše značené."

"na večeři se celkem čekalo, wellness..sauna, šli jsme do sauny se synem, samozřejmě bez plavek, nedostali jsme prostěradlo na ležení v sauně, tedy dost špatně, stejně jako muset mít plavky, které se potí a není to hygienické! to pak jsou v těch plavkách do bazénu?! nikde upozornění, že se tam chodí v plavkách! vyhodili nás, bez omluvy, nepříjemné, dokonce přišel pán z recepce, opravdu nedůstojné, nikdy bych nešel do sauny, pokud bych věděl, že tam musí být plavky!zkazilo t ocelý zážitek z hotelu. jinak by to bylo vše za 10, pokud nerozumí saunování, ať ji zruší."

"Great location and parking. Rooms were spacious and clean. Stuff, especially person who was helping us with booking adjustments was extremely helpful and professional!"
"Breakfast was quite low on variety, no fresh vegetables, very limited options. We liked the omelette station, however, we were only able to have omelette 2 times during the week, as there were quite regularly no cook at the station . No heated drying racks in the bathroom."
"The staff were incredibly helpful with whatever we needed. Many cafes and a couple of fast food options available within a 3 minute walking distance. Very close to the main bus station and the main shopping area in La Vella. The area is not very crowded like the center and it more quiet, which was very pleasant."

The reception staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The service overall was professional and excellent. I would definitely stay here again!"
