Mercure Andorra

"Very friendly staff, especially in the parking. The buffet was extraordinarily good. Location is excellent. Very good experience."

"The cost of the room was quite high"

"The hotel has beautiful facilities, spa, pool, sauna and a beautiful view of the city"

"the rooms are a bit old fashioned"

"Once again the staff at reception and at the bar makes all the difference in the world. As a hotel this was very standard but the staff is golden. Location is great (but which hotel isn’t in a place like Andorra la Vella?). The room was clean and the bed was very decent."

"Although the building looks modern, the room (269) seemed to have only one (free) electrical outlet and that was close to the entrance and thus impractical. Nowadays people have many things that need charging. There was no USB of any sort. As a hotel building it is pretty impersonal. Breakfast was only ok. Scrambled eggs and everything around it was more cold than hot."

"Room was clean and quite comfortable. The hotel had a lot of decent amenities but I didn't stay long enough to try them. Staff were excellently helpful."

"No electrical socket near the bed, so I had to put my phone on the other side of the room to charge it"

"Very nicely located, staff is extremely sweet, good spa area and the buffet is so good as well"

"No shampoo and conditioner"

"Clean, comfortable rooms and the spa facilities on the top level are fabulous. All the staff we spoke to on the front desk were so friendly and helpful."

"Aucun."

"Very comfortable, quiet room with bathtub. Breakfast and dinner ample Underground secure parking very welcome. Staff charming."

"Nothing to dislike"

"Good spa, sauna, pool, clean and good looking hotel"

"Bar closed, no power outlets near bed"

"Service very good, particularly from Reception who helped me with extra 2 days booking and parking. Food quality excellent."

"Nothing particularly"

"In the centre of La Vella and close to shops and restaurants."

"Parking underground €26 a night expensive. Bathroom was tiny with shower over half size bath. No grab rail and altogether too small."
