"1. The best thing is the food. Very good intercontinental food, was on halfboard and really enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. 2. Cleanliness is also very good considering the hotel is not very new. 3. Third is the activities available, very reasonable pool, beach, table tennis, gym, small field to play other games. 4. The services are averagely very good, had a good time at the sports bar, wow discounts, pool and some nice music. 5. The hotel is also chilled, rooms are quiet and you can enjoy your sleep or movies in the room. The beds also very comfortable. Thank you BM, will definitely visit again."

"My only drawback is the twin room, We couldnt get a king bed room hence booked the twin room. This is not a negative review comment because we booked it knowing its twin room and still had a good time but the hotel can improve by making the headboard as 1 so that the twin beds can be joined to make it like 1 bed."

"We loved the beach of the hotel, we felt cozy in the place, the Hotel is well renovated, we asked for a room sea view they gave it to us, but when we asked to change it for city view after one night, they still make sure to find the best one for us, here I want to thanks Hazem and Islam for their support and warm welcoming, I dont want to forget the guy who is responsible of Cleaning services in floor #4 ( I dont know his name but I think I heard someone calling him zozo), he has the most beautiful smile and always he is making sure that we had all what we wanted in the room, also the guy who took our bags on first day ( I don't know his name), he also bring us on first day and last day plate of mix fruits as gesture from the hotel :), and the last day I would like to thanks Molvowar who has also amazing smile and he wish us safe travel."

"All was great, only small points maybe to improve more the stay. - the music of beach Party should be not that loud, because its affecting the rooms of sea view. - the music at breakfast time also loud ( even we ask one waiter to make it a bit down but she refused). - the entrace of the beach and Pool for the stay in visitors should be from inside the hotel, not like what they have now, the entrance is outside of the hotel, and its for all the outside and insude visitors, and that makes the inside visitors to walk under sun to reach the beach entrance."
