"The staff were excellent. The rooms were very large and comfortable. The beach was very nice, and sunbeds were good satndard. Beach staff, drinks and food were excellent. Kids club was great for our 14 yr old twin boys. lots of sport and staff got them up and involved"

"The coffees at breakfast come from a machine and so not the best quality. There is a nightclub at the hotel that depending on the room, you can hear the bass come through the fabric of the building. But if you are not in a room near that it is totally quiet at night. The pool at school holiday times is very busy - but to be expected"

"Doesn’t give anything different to any other Dubai hotel. Breakfast is good, beach menu - uninspired. The Palm is a long way from the rest of Dubai (but you probably know that!) but it limits what you can do."

"It was such a beautiful experience, from the moment we walked in. The Duplex suite is such a dream room! Omar at reception is so helpful and was very generous with our stay. It was my birthday weekend and they got me complimentary cake and sweets, really so touching! The lady that brought them to me, Fattahzade, the name I have her under is so lovely and kind. The indoor swimming pool is huge and gorgeous, and the yoga room in the spa is one of the most beautiful, I have seen. Really a very special place. We really loved it!"
