"Snídaně - velký výběr z typické evropské i lokální kuchyně. Hotel umístěn v centru Dubaje, cca 20 minut chůze od dominanty - Burj Khalifa. Nádherný výhled z 33 patra, obzvlášť v noci."

"Žádná možnost přehrávání hudby na pokoji. Chybí online přehrávač a TV není příliš "chytrá"."

"Windows were dirty, not letting you enjoy the Burj Khalifa view fully. We were offered another room but there the windows were worse. The socket in the bathroom was loose, so the hair dryer had to be used in the bedroom."

We stayed at the hotel during the Middle East crisis/conflict time and the staff were handling the whole situation exceptionally!"

"Everything was excellent. The service at the hotel was wonderful, and I would especially like to thank Paul at the concierge. He was incredibly helpful when assisting me with rebooking my flight after Emirates cancelled it. Paul kindly stayed four hours longer after his shift ended to make sure everything was sorted and that I had a new reservation. His dedication, patience, and professionalism made a very stressful situation much easier for me. I am truly grateful for his help and outstanding customer service. ✨🙏 I highly recommend the restaurants in the hotel. I have never eaten such delicious food before.
