"Lovely place to stay by the lake. It reminded us of Menaggio at Lake Como. A short stroll from the accommodation to the lake and it's various bars and restaurants. A very relaxed and safe feel to the area. No noisy nightclubs of bats but plenty of nice places to eat and drink. Swimming and kayaking in the lake was fantastic. The lady serving us breakfasts could not have been nicer."

"The road up to the house is very narrow. After the first night we just parked in the free public car park next to the lake which is only about two minutes walk from the property."

"Everyone was very helpful and attentive, with lots of great suggestions of things to do and places to see. The room was clean and comfortable and had a great view of the lake and is walking distance to the whole of Shiroke."
