Old Bazaar House

"Located within the Old Bazaar, this is definitely the go-to place to stay that will enable to blend within the local community and understand the culture well. We stayed at Old Bazaar House which is a family accommodation with a living room, kitchen, bedroom with 2 beds, big sofa. There is a smart TV with wifi. Kitchen utensils are there and we also cooked noodles for dinner. The bazaar closes around 6pm in evening. There is Kruje Castle close by and halal food options are around. Would recommend to anyone who prefers to visit with family. The host was reachable and we were provided with necessary information for smooth checkin and checkout."

"Slap bang at the threshold of the old bazaar , the cottage house aesthetic of the old bazaar house . The Adhan is absolutely beautiful ( people who complain shouldn’t travel to a predominately Muslim country ) all in all I highly recommend 👍🏽😄"

"Charming, characterfull historical house right in the middle of Kruje old bazaar, overlooking the main pedestrian cobbled street. Beautifully decorated and well kept, immaculate, quality beds, beddings and furniture, all in keeping with the heritage of the village. Easy self check-in instructions and very responsive host. The most peaceful, silent and picturesque location. Great shower, fully equipped kitchen, AC/heater working fine, excellent WiFi connection."

"No coffee/tea/sugar/oil/shampoo/soap or any other basics that are normally provided not only in Albania but everywhere and only a nearly finished roll of toilet paper for 5 people."

"The house was beautiful, really cool style which felt like going back in time. The couch was massive and comfortable, great house for relaxing. The location was perfect, literally right next to the bazaar (can see it from the window) and very close to the castle and all the restaurants. Parking was a grass field 5 minute walk from the house, was free and had plenty of spots"

"The prayer song from the mosque was loud and woke us up each morning, though it’s not the fault of the property. Also a bit of water leaks out of the shower, though that didn’t bother us at all"

"Our arrival flight was delayed by several hours and we arrived after midnight but the host was understanding and accommodating, kept up good communication with us to help us access the property. Lovely house at the start of the old bazaar and within walking distance of the castle."
