"The apartments are all very new, with all new appliances, furniture, etc. Friendly hosts, but a bit of a language barrier for conversations. Quite spacious, with reasonable cooking facilities if you want to look after yourself a bit instead of always eating out. A short walk into central Durres, off-street parking was a bonus. I was able to check out later in the day, so I could leave and go straight to the airport for my late afternoon flight, much appreciated."

"The weather was quite hot during my stay - unfortunately the air conditioner didn't work properly (ran, but no cooling) but I was able to move into the apartment next door where it worked great. Very recent renovation - some things unfinished and in need of completion (I hope/imagine they'll get done over winter) but nothing that really affected my stay too much."

"Great location, close to the main bus station and most tourist locations. Very friendly hosts, good communication. The room was pleasantly clean."

"The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with modern amenities. The kitchen was well-equipped, even though we didn't use it. Wi-Fi was excellent, the location was quiet at night, and the bed was very comfortable. The lady who welcomed us was very kind and gave us a helpful tour of the room. Overall, a pleasant stay."

"Finding the property was a little stressful as there's no clear signage (it's the white house with a black gate, matching "Oli Hous3" on Google Maps, not the location provided on booking.com). On top of that, Vodafone reception in the area was non-existent, so we had to borrow a local's phone to call the owner (not the host's fault, but worth knowing). Overall, the owner could also be a bit more responsive via messages. While the room was very clean, the bathroom drain was partially blocked and had an unpleasant smell. Finally, the air conditioning could have been stronger, though it was just enough to stay comfortable."

"Logement très propre et en très bonne état.Il est situé en centre ville. Le propriétaire est aimable et serviable. Durres me fait penser à Deauville en plus grand. Les Albanais sont ouverts et accueillant."

"Einfach eine tolle Unterkunft! Schick, sauber und alles was man braucht. Das Bett ist bequem. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und durften sogar unser Auto noch bis Abends im Hof stehen lassen, bis wir zur Fähre mussten. Hier kommen wir sehr gerne wieder zurück. Auch die Lage war perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden."
