Seaview Bunec

"Ačkoli se ubytování nacházelo blízko hlavní silnice (provoz nízký a hluk neobtěžuje), měli jsme krásný výhled z pokoje na moře i hory, nejbližší pláž byla autem dostupná do 5-10 minut. Každé ráno jsme měli připravenou velice chutnou snídani s vynikající kávou. Také bylo možné objednat skvělou večeři vč. točeného piva. Na pokoji byla výhodou lednice. Vedení hotelu vč. personálu bylo velmi milé a vstřícné, při problémech v průběhu dovolené byli nápomocni. Je to dobrá výchozí lokace pro poznávání pláží na riviéře. Pokud bychom se znovu měli rozhodnout, opakovali bychom tento výběr ubytování."

"Pretty view. Linda was very nice and accommodating. The place is in 1 hour distance to both Himarë and Sarande so easy to get to both places while staying in a quiet area. Also 1 hour to ksamil and blue eye"

"We had two rooms and one of them was at the top level which was far with no elevator. Also we didn't have enough towels for three people and the extra bed we had to move to be able to use the electricity plug."

"I was expecting room to be clean everyday, and to change our towels. But didn't happen. And bathroom was a bit smelly and ventilator in bathroom was a bit noisy ."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Seaview Hotel Bunec, and I can confidently say it was one of the highlights of my trip to Albania. The view from the rooms is absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the turquoise waters of the Ionian Sea just a few steps from your door is an experience in itself. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. They were always available to help with local recommendations, arrange transport, or simply share a friendly conversation."

"Hotel is brand new inside the rooms and outside with a perfect view of the sea from balcony and a lot of free parking at the front of hotel. 10 minutes from bunec beach,40 minutes from Saranda ,20 minutes from Borsh and qeparo. Very peaceful place just in main road. Breakfast was amazing made from the owner. Beautiful sunset in the terrace outside. This is a family owned business who live in US give them love . I enjoyed and I will definitely comeback. Wish them a lot of luck."

"Our hosts were extremely polite and nice to us. We felt very welcome and the food was delucious. The room was new and well maintained with AC included ( important, cause outside was very hot). There is a nice parking spot in front of the villa. And the view is amazing! Peaceful and great for people who want to have their space :)"

"Amazing view from the balcony and from the terrace of the restaurant. Near the peaceful Bunec beach (10 min by car) Very kind owners, they managed to give us a room at the 1st floor because of my knee problem (can’t go to the 4th floor -since no elevator)"

"Poor breakfast and not generous as we get used to receive in other hotels (in Berat- Gjirokaster- Valbona- Schköder) The road is noisy starting 7:30 am and unfortunately we can hear the cars and motorcycles from the room"

"The place is brand new and comfortable. It is visible that the owners put a lot of energy and care for the guests to have a very good experience. This small hotel is located at the main road on the coastline and close to nearby villages and nice beaches. The meals prepared by the owners are very tasty and delicious."

"What could be a small disadvantage is proximity to the main road, however after closing the windows all the traffic sounds are very well isolated....so for us it was not a problem. As the building is still expanded and developed, there might be small elements missing in the rooms (i.e. cloth hangers in the wardrobe)....but those are the details which are compensated by the overall comfort of the place"
