Studio Thopia

"The location is great. You can walk everywhere and it is very safe. There are numerous restaurants and cafes within a 5-15 minute walk of the apartment. The apartment is large for a studio, it has a very comfortable bed, a large couch, and a huge TV. The bathroom was adequate but there was a problem with the hot water (I had none for two days!) which I believe has now been fixed. The Host (Sergio) is a great guy and very helpful. He gave me an excellent recommendation for a local pasta restaurant that I wouldn't have found by myself!"

"There was an issue with the lights not turning off, but Sergio resolved that the next day (he removed the six old lightbulbs and put in a new one that seemed to fix the problem). I had no hot water for two days which made showering rather miserable... I would've like to have stayed longer in the apartment but I couldn't take three days of cold showers so sadly had to move out. I understand the issue has now been resolved (it was something to do with a valve)."

"Ενα πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα και καθαρό . Ο σπιτονοικοκύρης ήταν πολύ ευγενικός. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πάρα πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης."

"Świetny kontakt z właścicielem, wszystko zgodne z opisem, apartament wyglądał tak jak na zdjęciach. Mimo iż w apartamencie nie było kuchni to właściciel zadbał o lodówkę, ekspres do kawy, dzbanek do grzania wody, sztućce, kubeczki itp. Dodatkowo można było korzystać z serwisów streemingowych Netflix itp. WIFI bez zarzutu. W pobliżu apartamentu sklepy, piekarnie, cukiernie, kantory, restauracje i kawiarnie. 15 minut spacerem do najbliższej plaży, 10 minut spacerem do dworca autobusowego w Durres skąd można dojechać na lotnisko, do Tirany, Golem lub na dworzec plepa. Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu. W apartamecie było cicho i spokojnie."

"Un soggiorno perfetto ... Studio Thopia è nel cuore di Durazzo, a due passi dalla Moschea Fatih. La posizione è ottima: tranquilla e vicina a tutto quello che c’è da vedere. La struttura è moderna, pulitissima e arredata con gusto, con ogni dettaglio pensato per garantire comfort e relax. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e sempre disponibili, ti fanno sentire come a casa. Il Signor Sergio è disponibilissimo e sempre pronto a trovare soluzioni per ogni richiesta; ci ha dato consigli preziosi su come vivere al meglio la città. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un’esperienza piacevole in Albania!"
