"Moderně vybavený pokoj, pohodlné postele, prostorný balkon s krásným výhledem na město. Parkování není úplně prostorné, záleží na aktuálním počtu hostů, příjezdová komunikace od hlavní silnice přímo k objektu by zasloužila být lepší. Stoupání je strmé, což je pochopitelné, ovšem začíná prudce stoupat ihned u napojení na hlavní silnici. Příjezd nahoru byl v pořádku, ovšem když jsme odjížděli, potřeboval jsem odbočit na hlavní silnici vpravo a odřel jsem o tu strmou komunikaci solidně zadní nárazník."

"Největší negativum je nemožnost, udělat si na pokoji kávu nebo čaj, nejsou zde ani alespoň dvě skleničky na pití nápoje, prostě nic. Stačila by malá rychlovarná konvice a dva hrníčky, tím by toto ubytování dostalo zcela jiný rozměr. Ani jedna z lamp u postelí nesvítila."

"I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights . The cleanliness is impeccable, the facilities is modern and beautifully designed and the bed is large and comfortable. The location is closer than center Catharina was very warmly , attentive and helpful"

"It would be even better if there were a small table with a kettle or coffee maker in the room to prepare coffee, or if the hotel offered breakfast for guests — that would make the stay perfect."

"We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it. The guest house is in a great location, just a 10-minute walk from Himarë center, and the owner is incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment is modern, spotless, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a very cozy mattress and pillows. Another big plus is the private parking space, which is quite rare in the area. Highly recommended!"

"The room itself was great. In walking distance to the beach so perfect location. The owner did not welcome us in a very friendly way, he did not introduce himself to us. But I guess everyone has a bad day sometimes."

"We loved everything, the friendly service from the start, the spacious, clean, and comfortable room. The location is perfect to reach the promenade and the beach in a few minutes, but with enough distance for peace of mind. We definitely recommend it 100%."

"Unfortunately the property was located up a very steep hill and without a car we found it difficult getting up and down. This property is not a hotel, its rooms only, with no breakfast or facility to make a coffee. The rooms would have benefitted from a kettle and it would have been good if they provided water for guests arriving after a long flight."
