Vila Licenji

"Apartmán je velký a prostorný, s klimatizací, k dispozici byla pračka, myčka, fén. Vše bylo čisté, trochu nám chyběly skříně nebo uložné prostory v ložnicích i koupelnách. Kuchyň je dobře vybavená, hostitelé byli milí. Poloha je stranou od centra, v původní zástavbě, pár minut pěšky od městské pláže - ta je písečná, s hodně pozvolným vstupem do moře, velká, jen není moc čistá - odpadky na pláži i v moři. Trochu jsme podcenili polohu ubytování, pěšky s dětma to do centra bylo už daleko, ale zase bylo okolí opravdu klidné. Kdyby bylo ubytování levnější, byli bychom nadšení, takhle v rámci ceny příjemné a vyhovující."

"Ubytování bylo skvělé čisté, postele pohodlné. Byt je vybaven i pro malé děti, 2 dětské židličky, 2 dětské postýlky k dispozici. Ubytování bylo pěšky asi 3 Minuty, takže super."

"Jen nám chyběly nějaké úložné prostory, byly tam skříně, ale jen na ramínka a ramínek jen málo... Takže oblečení jsme měli celou dobu v kufru... Ale jinak nemám co vytknout"

"An incredibly spacious apartment (one floor of the Villa) with two bathrooms, three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an a laundry nook. Three balconies would let you follow the sun if you are so inclined. The location is a quiet residential area, a short walk from the main promenade, a longer walk from the old town, but very close to the proper local fish restaurants. There is bakery nearby and a fruit and veg shop. The hosts are lovely and while the elderly couple who live downstairs do not speak English, the lady was quick to suggest we use Google Translate 😊 so we had zero issues. We parked inside the gates, but there was ample street parking in the area (April)."

"Very spacious apartment, suitable for the whole family and everyone has their own space. The owner’s parents do not speak english, but they are very nice and friendly and helpful ❤️ there is beach nearby suitable for walks."

"Location is a bit far from Lungomare & city, there is a bus stop nearby, but busses are not very often."

"The house was even better than in the photo. It had an incredibly nice atmosphere. The house was spotless. I don't know if it was the owner but they were incredibly friendly. They were very helpful. They were very smiling people. The house has everything. I would have loved to stay a little longer. If I go to Vlore again, I will definitely stay in the same place."

"It’s a great apartment really close to the sandy beach, far enough out of town that you aren’t disturbed by the noise but a great little walk into town to explore. The apartment is above a sweet family, the older couple only speak Albanian but that wasn’t an issue as the owner speaks perfect English and was great to communicate with before arrival. We drove there and found the parking was great, right outside the property with the security of a gate. We love coming back here when we visit Vlorë"

"Very spacious apartment with all the facilities you need. On site safe parking. Air conditioning in all the rooms. Great balcony for sitting out on. Very close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Owners are very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night but we had a lovely stay."

"Large apartment with 3 bedrooms and living room. Well equipmented with washing machine ,wash dishwasher etc. It closes to the beach. Nice staff."

"The coffee machine and one of the electric shutter didn't work. There was a problem with the electricity but they fix it immediately."
