Overbooked - the host offered an another hotel, instead of what we have booked for - later, we found out that the reason of "overbooking" was a little party that had been organized in our room - fresh cigarette smoke in the room - wet towels... - full trash bin - a window that cannot be closed, with cold air coming from outside - heat only from the air conditioner - too short shower curtain which led to water on the floor - breakfast (lunch-boxes) available only between 10:00-11:00 AM (at least what we have been told, we never got one) - mold on the walls"

"La posizione, centrale e vicina a supermercati, farmacie e ristoranti. Bene il servizio cortesia, pantofole, acqua, dentifricio e spazzolino."

"La camera era a livello strada e quindi molto rumorosa e la privacy protetta solo da una veneziana. più che hotel aveva le sembianze di un ostello. La camera purtroppo presentava gravi lacune dal punto di vista della manutenzione come il muro ammuffito o lo scarico della doccia che era tappato."
