"1. The mattress is too old and too small for the bed. 2. There is an old gentleman from India who is a permanent resident. A bit of a control freak. Be VERY careful with him."

"This is a great place to stay in Yerevan. It is a hotel x hostel and has great shared amenities- a small kitchen, washing machine, fridge & eating areas. The manager, Hike, is helpful & friendly as is Janda on reception - nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is ideal - bus stops right outside & the metro a short 10-minute walk. The southern bus station is also at the metro, so it's a very handy 10 minute walk if your marshrutka stops here (the one from Goris does). There are also supermarkets and food options close by. The longer term guests(and staff), were really friendly and this made our stay here really enjoyable - we spent our evenings chatting together, sharing beer & discussing our collective travels - a fantastic place to come back to & relax at the end of the day. Our room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the shower hot & the AC in good working order. Would definitely recommend N1."

"Kind and helpful staff. It is something between a hostel and a guesthouse but cosy and has a safe neighborhood near to Yerevan mall and SAS market for buying your needs or exchange money. The bus station is just in front of the hotel."

"It was a 20 minutes walk to the republic square and city centre. The prices got cheaper in the website the day after I booked my room but they didn't accept to change mine to a cheaper one. I paid 8100AMD per night for a single room with no breakfast while my friends paied the same price for two people in another hotel which was 3 minutes to the republic square and had free breakfast. So I think this hotel could've been more reasonable"
