"Úklidový servis jako ve velkém hotelu. K dispozici kartáčky, ručníky, pantofle, gely, šampony. Z balkonu našeho pokoje byl i výhled na Ararat (pokud tedy nebyl zahalený smogem). Parkování bez problému zdarma pod ubytováním u školy. Dostatek zásuvek hned za postelemi. Topení topilo, komu by nestačilo, dalo se přitápět i klimatizací. Hned vedle ubytování malý obchod i kavárny. Mezi dvěma stanicemi metra, takže 600-800m k metru. Ubytování se dalo na místě zaplatit i kartou!"

"Hlavní vstup do ubytování se nezamyká, takže bych doporučil se na noc pro jistotu zamykat na pokoji. Stěny nejsou moc tlusté. Samo o sobě je ubytování tiché, z ulice nic slyšet není. Vedle v pokoji ale nejdříve brzy ráno odcházeli asiati, takže velký hluk, večer přišli jiní hosté a i s miminem, takže do půlnoci opět rachot, slyšet je i voda, když se ve vedlejším pokoji začnou sprchovat. Malinká lednička na pokoji by potěšila."

"Excellent facilty for a reasonable price. We booked a room with twin beds. The location is OK, very close to the city centre. It has a common kitchen with all that you'd need for cooking. The lady in charge was very nice. The room was spacious enough. Mattresses are fine. The window was small, but it doesn't pose any problem: it gives enough light, and you anyway doesn't spend all your time in the room."

"This place is 10/10. The owner was very nice and kind, showed us everything. Room was clean and big, there is kitchen in the guest house which has all you need. Location is in the centre of Yerevan. We had a shower and toilet in a room(which was very comfortable to use, as its not shared). We stayed in November so its cold outside, but in the guest house it was warm. Overall we are very happy with our stay, I will definitely come back."

"Super clean and spacious room with a beautiful bathroom, a comfortable bed and even a little balcony. A perfectly equipped community kitchen with a fridge and a nice outdoor area. Very convenient location, the metro is close and the city center in walking distance. Super friendly and helpful host."
