"Tohle ubytování bylo naprosto výjimečné – nejlepší, jaké jsme během celé naší cesty po Arménii měli. Krásný, čistý a nově zařízený apartmán, kde bylo všechno perfektně připravené. Přestože jsme měli pobyt bez jídla, čekalo na nás čerstvé ovoce, sušené plody, víno a sýr – krásné přivítání, které nás velmi potěšilo. Nejvíc nás ale nadchli samotní hostitelé – úžasní manželé, kteří byli nesmírně milí, vstřícní, srdeční a ochotní udělat pro nás naprosto vše, co bylo v jejich silách. Díky nim jsme se cítili jako doma. Pokud hledáte místo s duší a skutečně laskavými lidmi, rozhodně tohle ubytování doporučujeme!"

"Nově rekonstruovaný/postavený apartmán v patře rodinného domu je vybaven vším potřebným. Do centra města je to pěšky cca 2 km. Domácí rodina je pohostinná. Po příjezdu měli pro nás připraveno občerstvení (ovoce, sušenky, limonády) - další (meloun, zmrzlina) nosil pan domácí každý večer. Wifi je rychlá ... jen nám, bohužel, občas vypadávalo na mobilech připojení (muselo se vypnout & zapnout, aby hned zase naskočilo. Parkování na plácku před domem bylo také v pohodě."

"There was everything. I liked that the host realized, that you can't carry everything with you while traveling so there were basic ingredients in the kitchen like salt, suger, .... Also some dry and fresh fruit, something to drink, some sweets."

"The hosts are the most hospitable, warm and welcoming you will ever meet. They kept on giving us goodies, and did everything they could to make sure we had the best possible time, and were extremely flexible. The property was nice and clean, and had a new renovation, is about a 30-minute walk from the centre or near a bus stop so you can hop on one if you don't feel like walking."

"A fantastic bed and breakfast with spacious and clean rooms. The host prepared a generous amount of snacks and amenities for us. We arrived late at night with our car breaking down about 1 kilometer away from the B&B. The host drove to assist us and called a tow truck. The next day, the host accompanied us all the way to the repair shop. Many thanks to the host for the help provided."

"We weren't expecting breakfast, but the refrigerator had some nice things. When we arrived, there was a cake on the table along with fruit and snacks and drinks. They are amazing hosts!"

"It may not be a luxury stay but for the price, it is large, clean, and cozy. Actually, it was half the price of many other two bedrooms, plus the location here was better than most."

"As long-term travellers, we have had the pleasure of staying in some great accommodation over the last 2.5 years. The SD House, however, has impressed us extraordinarily. A very large, clean and cosy flat with the best equipped kitchen we have had in Georgia and Armenia. We especially enjoyed the warm hospitality of the hosts. The communication worked well even without a common language. They also offered us free vegetables, fruit, cheese and biscuits. Highly recommended!"
