"Hotel je na překrásném místě, s fantastickým výhledem, je zde genius loci, nádherná architektura, v ložnici krásná stará historická dřevěná vyřezávaná postel. Díky umístění hotelu jsme si mohli prohlédnout poloostrov brzy ráno, bez turistů. Majitel je příjemný, mluví anglicky. Koupelna je opravená a teplá voda teče bez omezení. Jídlo v restauraci bylo dobré. Na fotce je pohled z balkonu. Ubytování byl unikátní zážitek."

"Pokoj byl mírně plesnivý, vzduch zatuchlý. Bylo by dobré občas vyvětrat. Matrace jsou staré, proleželé snad z doby vzniku hotelu. Pokud budete chtít odjet ráno brzy, je potřeba se domluvit s majitelem. Večer odjede a u parkoviště zamkne bránu na visací zámek. Přijíždí ráno v 9.hodin. Ale snaží se a domluvit se s ním dá dobře. Věřím, že postupně dá hotel do pořádku."

"To echo comments of others, the chance to stay a night in the historic Sevan Writers' House was wonderful. The views of the lake were super from both the room and restaurant. The gentlemen managing the restaurant and accommodation were polite."
