"El hotel en general es muy bonito, y la piscina está muy Bien: Mis chamos no querían salir de la piscina, en especial por el pequeño "Parque" acuático que tienen en las instalaciones de la piscina. Las piscinas las mantienen muy Bien limpias, incluso fuimos testigos de la limpieza exhaustiva que realizaron a la piscina de niños. El personal de mantenimiento le damos un buen "pulgar arriba". Se nos daño la cerradura y la cambiaron Al mismo momento en el que lo reportamos, a pesar de que tenían "various casos de emergencia" que necesitaban atender. Muy bien por El líder de mantenimiento."

El desayuno fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una muchacha para hacerle seguimiento a nuestra "experiencia" en El hotel y nos dijo: "El desayuno es a la Carta, así que no hay que preocuparse". La verdad es que solo habían 3 tipos de desayuno y eran sumamente estrictos (no se podía cambiar pan por arepa por ejemplo). La Carta decía "huevos Al gusto", sin embargo no había huevos hervidos. A la final nos lo prepararon (porque Les explicamos que eran para Los niños) no sin antes mostrar una cara de desacuerdo y "volteada de ojos" no muy agradable. Por otro lado, El hotel estaba casi full (hecho corroborado por Los mismos administradores / trabajadores del hotel), y la disponibilidad de mesas era escasa, en incluso se hacían colas, especialmente, cerca de la hora de cierre del restaurant (10a.m.). Como especialistas en Gerencia e Ingeniería de costos, entendemos claramente que el objetivo de servir "desayunos a la Carta", es tratar de bajar costos (no toman en consideración que bajar costos en la situación de ocupación en la que se encontraban significa incrementar estrés a su personal y al turista), sin embargo eso se puede hacer con El hotel a poca ocupación (quizas igual o menor Al 30-40%) no con el hotel a 80% de ocupación. La mejor manera de manejar la comida con dicha ocupación, es preparar desayunos tipo Buffett. Se lo hicimos saber a la Gerente encargada del restaurant, sin embargo la misma no recibió la sugerencia de buenas maneras.

"Once inside the apartment, it is a different story: the apartment is spacious, well-designed, and clean. Also, the view of the surrounding area is magnificent - it does welcome one to Addis Ababa. The apartment caretaker, Selechi, is very resourceful and helpful in providing any needed information; he will go a distance to help guests order food and drinks. Kudos Selechi; keep up the good work."

The train rail track in front of the apartment hotel makes it difficult for taxi drivers to pick up or drop off a guest. The rail track extends to about 2 miles past the hotel; the Chinese contractors need to revisit that project.

"In the mall makes it super accessible. Apartments are large and well kept. Lovely views over Bahrain. Kind staff. We slept very well."

Water pressure on level 4 is not the best

"Used as a night stop over before catching ferry next day. Midway between airport and ferry port. Room had everything required, was clean and having bar and restaurant on roof is a nice thing as not much else is around in the area. Staff were attentive."

There were small irritations. TV on arrival was not working but sorted after a message to hotel. Signage to bar restaurant is incorrect should be removed. Took a while before being advised of alternative entry point. Check out process could had been more efficient. Taxi driver ended up paying cash for me as lady with card machine not available

"Perfect location in the center of Dubai marina nearby beach. Tram stop in front of the hotel = 2 stops to metro. Very nice and pleasant hotel personnel. Supermarket and apotheke next to the hotel appreciated. Rich breakfests and dinners. Clean rooms, daily cleaning."

"Prostorný, čistý a moderně vybavený apartmán, ohledně interiéru jsme byli nadšeni. Výborně fungující klimatizace, pohodlné postele, lednička. Dva pokoje mají balkón s hezkým výhledem na moře. K dispozicí hned dvě koupelny. Služba tu pravidelně vynáší koše a mění ručníky. V budově je výtah. Apartmán má také vlastní parkovací místo hned u vchodu do budovy. Voda v bazénu byla chladnější než moře, což nám vyhovovalo."

Problémy s WiFi: v pokojích nahoře signál není vůbec, v dolním pokoji někdy je, někdy ne, většinou jedna, výjimečně dvě čárky. V resortu je přísný noční klid, ale v praxi to neplatí. Když sousedící rodina s dětmi začne ještě v noci vyklízet před odjezdem vedlejší apartmán a dupat tam po schodech, je to dost slyšet. "Pláž" resortu je betonová plocha s kluzkými schody, kde jsme se zranili hned první den, pro děti naprosto nevhodné. Naštěstí ostraha vedlejšího hotelu nás pustila na svou hezkou, oblázkovou pláž, při slibu, že jim nebudeme ležet na lehátkách. Při vstupu do areálu, kde jsou bazény občas nefungovaly karty

"Beautifully laid out cottages in a stunning tree filled landscape/garden. Easy to get to the pool and beach. The accommodation was really clean and so comfortable."

Sice je příjemné, že aparthotel nevžaduje kauci, ale nádobí za dobu provozu silně zredukované, např. chyběly skleničky na víno, k dispozici jen 1 menší hrníček na kávu, absence malých talířků, mísy i misek.

"We needed somewhere close to the airport to stay for one night. It was a very short taxi ride to the accommodation. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The check in process was so smooth and we were even able to check in early. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and the kitchen is great. Plus there is also a big supermarket right across the road."

It was a little bit loud at night - due to the traffic as it is on a main road. But other than that it was a great stay.

"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

If you’re tired of restaurant food and want to cook a simple meal, there aren’t enough equipment provided.

Key card for lift was problematic. Lounge was a litle sparsely furnished.

The place itself is stunning — even more beautiful and spacious than the photos show. The bathroom was large and elegant, and the view from the property is simply breathtaking. The location at Anse Royale is ideal, close to everything yet peaceful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I truly recommend Fleur de Sel to anyone visiting Seychelles — it’s a real gem!"

"The swimming pools were great and the staff were very friendly"

The bedroom was so hot and I couldn't sleep well for the 3 weeks,the air conditioning didn't seem to do it's job but was on

"Lokalita byla naprosto fantastická, připojení k Wi-Fi bylo naprosto funkční a pro práci vyhovující. Na pokoji byla rychlovarná konvice s 2 instantními kávy a cukrem. Personál uměl naprosto výborně anglicky a dalo se velmi dobře s ním dorozumět. Služby na pokoji byli dostačující a dostupnost tramvaje byla do 10 minut pěší chůzí a jednou za 20 minut jezdil přímo od hotelu autobus, který s přestupem dokázal dopravit kamkoliv. Pokud se chystáte navštívit město Wieliczka, ve kterém je i mimo jiné největší solný důl v Evropě, tak z tohoto hotelu se vám bude cestovat snadno, jelikož od hotelu jede autobus 3 zastávky přímo na přestupní bod, kde jede autobus do zmiňovaného města. Jedná se o velmi pohodlné místo. Ve večerních hodinách, kdy jezdí noční spoje, není problém se na hotel zpět dostat nočním autobusem."

Přišlo mi že v koupelně kolem těsnění bylo trošku plísně. A v koupelně chyběl fén. Nicméně, na celém komfortu toto nic nemění a ubytování bylo naprosto perfektní.

"The room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choice. Unfortunately the weather was not so good when we were there but there was a nice walkway down to the beach and a nice pool area and I would certainly come back and stay for longer in the summer when this hotel would really come into its own."

The staff member served us breakfast but as it was laid out as a buffet I think I'd rather have just helped ourselves. We were the only ones there so it felt a little strange having someone waiting around just in case we wanted an extra slice of break or cup of coffee.

"Very clean and spacious in a quiet neighbourhood. 10 mins to a little beach and 25 mins walk to the old center. Johnny is very welcoming and speaks excellent English and Dutch amongst other languages. He arranged airport transfers and transfers to Cidade Velha which all went smoothly. There is a cafe and few restaurants round the corner and a pretty restaurant by the beach."
