"Very friendly service, it was very clean. Very safe, the beds are pure white and comfortable, luxurious kitchen and sitting room. I will stay there definitely again. Thank you very much."

Can't complain. It was very good.

"Velmi milé místo u moře, krásné a útulné, snaživý personál, klid, vše čisté a uklizené, velmi dobře vybavený pokoj, majitel nás seznámil s okolím, ochotně vše vysvětlil, naprostá spokojenost"

"Krásný čistý apartmán kousek od pláže. Příjemná recepční, která nám doporučila co v městě navštívit. Skvělý poměr cena a kvalita."

"The serenity of the place. The comfortable set-up. The spacious room. Friendliness of the hosts."

No provision of internet. Manual supply of water. Small shower.

"Lokalita ubytování je naprosto skvělá. Kousek na metro i autobus. Hned u ubytování bohatý výběr míst, kam zajít na jídlo."

"A fantastic find! Good location in tropical countryside just outside of Batumi near to the Botanical gardens. Facilities perfect. Good sized rooms and lovely pool. Faultless! Diana and Casto were the perfect hosts and very family orientated. We had a medical emergency and they went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation."

"We were warmly welcomed by the owner of the property - we felt right at home. He was very keen to host and you could really tell this in the way he interacted with us. Communication prior to our arrival was also very informative and friendly. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was amazing. So comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and small touches around the room were cozy and well thought out. The surroundings are peaceful and our night stay was exactly what we needed after a big hike that day. Great for relaxation."

The hot water doesn’t last for very long but the water pressure is super good!

"Vše bylo skvělé - místo blízko pobřeží a krásných pláží, bazén čistý a klidný, večerní drinky zdarma (děkujeme), vybavení (pračka, sušička, TV s Youtube a Netflixem, kuchyňka, lednice, A/C), prostě vše skvělé."

Vše bylo skvělé.

"The environment was very positive. Clementina was exceptional"

The bed was too soft I ached all over

"We booked it last minute. Everything was great. The breakfast very good and complete. The staff very nice and helpful. The price so low."

Everything was great.

"Good location, comfortable bed, spacious, great breakfast."

Air conditioner did not work in our room. Reported it 3 times, maintenance came twice but no fix. Some staff members at reception were not as helpful or enthusiastic as other staff.

"THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, THE HOST MAN WAS SO CO-OPERATIVE AND HELPFUL, GREAT PRICE FOR THE ACCOMODATION."

"Very clean, aesthetically pleasing, everything you need is provided."

No access to the pool.

"The proximity to the city centre, the beach, restaurants and the marina. Living room and kitchen well equipped. Nice fridge size. Nice to have the option to make a barbecue although we didn’t use it this time. And great staff! Very sympathetic and ready to help! Nice parking space!"

Our bed was too soft for our taste, sofa is starting to get a little old but it was very comfy, and I’ve missed something to hang our swimming suits on.

"Krásný čistý apartmán kousek od pláže. Příjemná recepční, která nám doporučila co v městě navštívit. Skvělý poměr cena a kvalita."

"Apartmán se vším všudy, prostorná terasa. Ve společným prostorách jsme si užili fotbálek, ping pong a parádní bazén. Supr umístění, kousek do centra obce i od pláží. Ochotný personál. Velká spokojenost, moc jsme si tu pobyt užili."

Velmi malý sprchový kout, kde se na vás lepí sprchový závěs, plus nám moc netekla teplá voda.

"I liked the location and the view. Owner was very responsive."

The only negative for me was the shower was a little small.

"The staff where all great a translate app helps if communication issues"

The price compared to surrounding places

"We liked the setting. Hospitality was great from all the staff."

A proper shower would be nice. And a garden tap would be useful.
