"The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with directions to/from the property and allowing me to stay in the bar area until I went to the bus station in the evening."

The room was basic (ie basic bathroom, wardrobe, tv, no desk) and was in the process of being cleaned when I arrived, but then this could be reflected in the 'budget' cost I paid for the accommodation.

"The lounge room. This is cool, couple of gaming zoon like table tennis, Foosball table, PSP and many more."

The air-conditioning system was not working properly but it was running. They should have provided drinking water bottles.

Main window is in the bedroom, so the livingroom is kind of dark, but with lights on it didn't bother me.

The cleaning of the room should be more thorough, can still see alot of dust at the 2 side pillars inside the room. The living room table top wasn't clean and wiped daily as can still see stains after housekeeping. Ahld provide washing sponge if cooking is allow.

"It was a very nice stay. The hotel is located at the very seaside. The beach is clean and has a lot of space. The owner and the guys at reception are very friendly and helping. The pool is big, nice, and clean, and can substitute the sea during the windy days. There was an everyday cleaning with 2 times a week towels change. The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the very noisy area but close to any attraction/facility. The prices at the bar/restaurant are similar to the prices of others."

The only minus to me were the Russians that stayed there as they cannot behave civilized. It was pleasant to stay at the hotel with Europeans.

"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

"Very close to the beatch. nice outdoor pool with slides. nice garden (helps when its very hot). Clean beatch compared with neighbours. Kids playground"

On evenings, in a beatch can hear music from a nearby hotel (guess that could be an issue in all sunny beatch)

Personál byl takový nijaký, ale jelikož to byly apartmány, tak to bylo jedno.

The AC in the bedroom was too noisy. And i hope they will fix the elevator soon.

"We love the area, close to the ocean, the view is fantastic. We lived in Trou deau Douce 25 years ago at Valmarin. It was wonderful to be back and these apartments has so much potential, but unfortunately it’s not taking care of. The cleaning lady was very kind."

The apartments weren’t cleaned when we arrived. The underfloor apartment was full of black mold. The pool is not taking care of. No sunbeds. You could easily do a quick renovation, do some painting and take care of these apartments and it would be wonderful. Now we love this area and has lot of friends in Trou deau Douce so we wanted to stay there. We had no contact with the owners, they didn’t answer us, but the housekeeper/cleaning lady was nice and answered, she come and clean when we asked for it.

"It is a very special location. The large rock pool is absolutely unique. Great for swimming and looking at coral fish. We have never seen this at any other place we stayed."

"Location and view from balcony of the sea and Orient Bay amazing, sit and watch the sunrise. Walk along the beach to restaurants and bars in the day and evening. Linda was there to greet us, very friendly and helpful. Apartment clean and comfortable. Small shop onsite for bread etc, everyone friendly lots of wild life, birds, bearded dragons and donkeys!"

We missed bakeries and supermarkets in the surrounding but all in all great

"Picture Perfect views. Great cocktails and friendly happy staff. The quality of dinner was excellent."

It would have been handy to have a microwave.

"كل شي في المكان جميل، منطقة مراسي فيها كل ما تحتاج من اسواق ومطاعم وسينما وبحر، فعلًا لا تحتاج ان تخرج من المنتجع. شكر خاص للأخ Tayyab والأخت ريم على التواصل الدايم والسؤال قبل الوصول وبعد المغادرة، كان تعامل أكثر من رائع."

"Apartmán se vším všudy, prostorná terasa. Ve společným prostorách jsme si užili fotbálek, ping pong a parádní bazén. Supr umístění, kousek do centra obce i od pláží. Ochotný personál. Velká spokojenost, moc jsme si tu pobyt užili."

Velmi malý sprchový kout, kde se na vás lepí sprchový závěs, plus nám moc netekla teplá voda.

"Villa is very cozy and well decorated with historical and art objects, it is well located. The hosts were super friendly and nice. Good breakfast was included."

"Nos gustó lo espacioso, nuevo y limpio que era el apartamento.Vistas desde dormitorio a la Pagoda Shwedagon. Estuvimos 4 noches cómo en casa, limpieza diaria además con gimnasio en el edificio y destacar la amabilidad de la chica de recepción, nos dejó salir más tarde al tener bus nocturno. Es una pena que no vayan los turistas !!!"

Nada, sólo que el edificio está casi vacío.

"Hotel je určitě skvělé místo především pro mladé lidi, kteří se chtějí bavit a užít si třeba i živou hudbu nebo jinou večerní zábavu, jelikož se zde několikrát týdně pořádá mnoho akcí a navíc se zde nachází i bar s DJ. Určitě musíme zmínit i vynikající snídaně, které jsou formou brunche (anglická snídaně, smoothie bowl, granola bowl, různé wrapy a jiné), které vás zasytí na několik hodin. Mimo snídaně jsme v zdejší restauraci zkusily také některé pizzy a vždy nám moc chutnalo. Také jsme využily zdejší nabídku happy hour na vybrané drinky a mimo to také vyzkoušely některé pokrmy (carpaccio a quessadilla) na střešní terase, kde se také nachází bazén, který je pro hosty hotelu zdarma (pouze pokud byste chtěly využít zdejší lehátka, musíte zaplatit 20€, které ale pak můžete využít a objednat si za ně různé nápoje či pokrmy). Celkově byla i většina personálu přiljemná a cítily jsme se zde dobře."

Náš pokoj neměl okno, o čemž jsme ale věděly dopředu, a podepsalo se to i na ceně - vzhledem k absenci okna byl pokoj velmi levný. Je však pravda, že probouzet se do úplné tmy není moc příjemné. Také musíme zmínit, že zdejší večerní akce jsou sice fajn, ale jsou opravdu velmi hlasité a slyšíte hudbu až na pokoj, což také nebylo moc příjemné.

"Beautiful territory, nice stuff, excellent location, proximity to the beach. Absolutely beautiful place to stay close to the old port, very convenient for the kids to swim. A bit outside of the city and I loved it! Walking distance to the kite beach or shell cemetery. Enjoyed to be surrounded by so many flowers on the territory. Definitely good value for the money. Book in advance!"

The kids bed wasn’t really comfortable and was somehow uneven.

"Well manicured gardens, bbq area. Having the shuttle service was helpful for visiting the town and the other side of the island"

Our room was located near the pool pump so was a bit noisy; we had to keep the balcony doors closed at all the time
