- The entry to the hotel is not clear. One has to walk through a long small street to reach a small door. No taxi can arrive there. You have to walk with your luggage about 250 mts for a small stone street. - No toilet paper - Not possible to pay with credit card, which, being so expensive, makes it that you have to bring a lot of cash with you, and in town there is only a place to change money, and for that reason, the exchange rate is very bad

"Úžasné ubytování v centru Bergenu, v blízkosti zastávky tramvaje, kterou jsme jeli z letiště, vše důležité, co jsme pro náš pobyt potřebovali - historické památky, zkušebny, koncertní sály byly v pěší vzdálenosti, ubytování je blízko nádraží, protože vlakem jsme pak cestovali dále do vnitrozemí, milý personál, čistota, zařízení apartmánů, rychlý checkin. Byli jsme velká skupina, vše bylo zařízeno tak, jak jsme předem domluvili a byli jsme velmi spokojeni."

Apartmány, které měly výhled na náměstí, měly okouzlující pohled z okna, ale problém nastal v pátek a sobotu, kdy pod okny do pozdních nočních a brzkých ranních hodin bylo opravdu velmi hlučno z nedaleké diskotéky, otřásal se celý apartmán a kdo se potřebuje pořádně vyspat a nemá úplně tvrdý spánek, tak pro něj ubytování s výhledem na náměstí nebylo úplně optimální, ale chápu, že za to hotel opravdu nemůže, možná upozornení, že sice okouzlující výhled a tím i atmosféra celého apartmánu, ale hlucné vikendy. Apartmány bez výhledu na náměstí, ale s pohledem do vnitrobloku takový problém neměly. A jenom taková menší prosba pro budoucí ubytované. Možná by bylo dobré dovybavit některé apartamány větším hrncem ( například na přípravu těstovin) cedníkem, struhadlem a vařečkou. Také některé pánvičky už měly nešetrným zacházením rozedřený povrch, takže se na nich pokrmy přichytávaly a připalovaly. Dále by bylo dobré upozornit ubytované - stačilo by písemné upozornění na pokoji - že na digestoři je připevněn protipožární hlásič, který i při mírném vaření, kdy se teplota nad sporákem běžně zvyšuje, tak tento alarm vypne celou indukční desku a například večeři nedovaříte. Stačilo by mít na pokoji oznámení, že pokud vaříte musíte větrat, aby se teplota v pokoji neustále ochlazovala. Nevyvařovali jsme nějak extrémně, ale už při vaření špaget se nám indukční deska vypla uprostřed vařeníí. O nutnosti větraní při vaření jsme se dozvěděli na recepci, když jsme zjišťovali, co se to s naší indukční deskou děje. Přes tyto drobné doporučení na vylepšení se nám v hotelu velmi líbilo. A byli jsme velmi spokojení

"Po čtení hodnocení na této i jiných stránkách jsme jeli trochu s obavou. Chalupa je opravdu stará, ale když si zvolím takové ubytování, nečekám mramorové podlahy a podobně. Pokud člověk miluje vůni dřeva, romantiku vrzajících parket a nízkých stropů a stylové zařízení, splňuje toto ubytování vše. Zařízení bylo naprosto dostačující pro naše potřeby, na zahradě zrovna zrály třešně a rybíz čeká na ty, co přijedou po nás. To, že si dítě může vyběhnout přímo ze světnice do zahrady bylo také výborné. Krajina v okolí je krásná a k velkým rakouským jezerům je to autem necelá hodinka"

Majitelka umí opravdu jen německy a bohužel naše lámaná německá slova se špatným přízvukem spíše nerozluštila (to je naše chyba, jen upozornění pro ostatní, kdo jsou na tom s němčinou podobně jako my). Při příjezdu byly trochu zmatky s nezaznamenáním naší platby, takže jsme nakonec bydleli v jiném ubytování, než jsme měli objednané( majitelka pronajímá asi 3 chalupy a několik apartmánů v různých ulicích). Bohužel u něj nebylo hřiště nebo zázemí pro děti, jaké je u toho původního. Bazén vypadá moc hezky, ale během našeho pobytu ho zrovna opravovali a nově natírali, takže jsme ho nemohli využít. Toaleta je trochu specifická, protože se musela vmáčknout do velmi malého prostoru

Se nos daño la cerradura y la cambiaron Al mismo momento en el que lo reportamos, a pesar de que tenían "various casos de emergencia" que necesitaban atender. Muy bien por El líder de mantenimiento."

El desayuno fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una muchacha para hacerle seguimiento a nuestra "experiencia" en El hotel y nos dijo: "El desayuno es a la Carta, así que no hay que preocuparse". La verdad es que solo habían 3 tipos de desayuno y eran sumamente estrictos (no se podía cambiar pan por arepa por ejemplo). La Carta decía "huevos Al gusto", sin embargo no había huevos hervidos. A la final nos lo prepararon (porque Les explicamos que eran para Los niños) no sin antes mostrar una cara de desacuerdo y "volteada de ojos" no muy agradable. Por otro lado, El hotel estaba casi full (hecho corroborado por Los mismos administradores / trabajadores del hotel), y la disponibilidad de mesas era escasa, en incluso se hacían colas, especialmente, cerca de la hora de cierre del restaurant (10a.m.). Como especialistas en Gerencia e Ingeniería de costos, entendemos claramente que el objetivo de servir "desayunos a la Carta", es tratar de bajar costos (no toman en consideración que bajar costos en la situación de ocupación en la que se encontraban significa incrementar estrés a su personal y al turista), sin embargo eso se puede hacer con El hotel a poca ocupación (quizas igual o menor Al 30-40%) no con el hotel a 80% de ocupación. La mejor manera de manejar la comida con dicha ocupación, es preparar desayunos tipo Buffett. Se lo hicimos saber a la Gerente encargada del restaurant, sin embargo la misma no recibió la sugerencia de buenas maneras.

"From the beginning when I booked, contacted in private, for further information, the host has been very nice. The place is located in a small hill with an amazing view and rivers sound. Huge space for a family and not just for a couple as we were. Shortly, highly recommended!!! Well done guys and may God bless you."

"Once inside the apartment, it is a different story: the apartment is spacious, well-designed, and clean. Also, the view of the surrounding area is magnificent - it does welcome one to Addis Ababa. The apartment caretaker, Selechi, is very resourceful and helpful in providing any needed information; he will go a distance to help guests order food and drinks. Kudos Selechi; keep up the good work."

The train rail track in front of the apartment hotel makes it difficult for taxi drivers to pick up or drop off a guest. The rail track extends to about 2 miles past the hotel; the Chinese contractors need to revisit that project.

"The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a good variety of options. The location was excellent—close to shops and public transport, which made it very convenient to get around."

Free Wi-Fi connection was sometimes unstable, especially during the evening.

"This was an amazing stay! We loved our room/apartment! It was a great value for money - plenty of space and very handy to have a kitchen! There were laundry services available and breakfast was spectacular! The location was great - just a short walk from the supermarket and the main square. The staff was lovely!"

We stayed during the heatwave which I suppose is pretty rare. There’s no air conditioning but it was naturally quite cool in the apartment!

It is a little way from the main part of town and at the bottom of a very steep hill!

"I've stayed at this place for over 20 years and it has always been reliable. It is clean, quiet, and safe. This is not luxury of course and the furniture might be from a few generations ago but it is practical and very very clean. There is a small kitchen to allow you to make coffee and other small dishes. For the price it is an excellent choice and the location is superb."

It would be nice if it would be able to heat the room a little bit more. Traditional places in Lima tend to not bother much with heating or air conditioning because the temperature usually stays the same at around the 60s

"Prostorný, čistý a moderně vybavený apartmán, ohledně interiéru jsme byli nadšeni. Výborně fungující klimatizace, pohodlné postele, lednička. Dva pokoje mají balkón s hezkým výhledem na moře. K dispozicí hned dvě koupelny. Služba tu pravidelně vynáší koše a mění ručníky. V budově je výtah. Apartmán má také vlastní parkovací místo hned u vchodu do budovy. Voda v bazénu byla chladnější než moře, což nám vyhovovalo."

Problémy s WiFi: v pokojích nahoře signál není vůbec, v dolním pokoji někdy je, někdy ne, většinou jedna, výjimečně dvě čárky. V resortu je přísný noční klid, ale v praxi to neplatí. Když sousedící rodina s dětmi začne ještě v noci vyklízet před odjezdem vedlejší apartmán a dupat tam po schodech, je to dost slyšet. "Pláž" resortu je betonová plocha s kluzkými schody, kde jsme se zranili hned první den, pro děti naprosto nevhodné. Naštěstí ostraha vedlejšího hotelu nás pustila na svou hezkou, oblázkovou pláž, při slibu, že jim nebudeme ležet na lehátkách. Při vstupu do areálu, kde jsou bazény občas nefungovaly karty

"The accommodations are wonderful. The view from the back balcony is breathtaking as it overlooks the ocean. It is very comfortable, clean, spacious and inviting. Renalda greeted us when we arrived and was a great contact in the Dominica."

It is about a 30-45 minute walk into the town of Roseau. It is a short walk uphill to accommodations if you do not have vehicle.

"The bed was comfortable. The studio room. was spacious and clean.. The kitchen had everything.Staff were friendly. But the view was more beautiful overlooking the sea."

There was no hot water in the studio apartment..at least they should have installed a hot water heater in the shower would be better. the WiFi keeps going on and off.The TV had only 4 to 5 channels.Well, it's Solomon Islands. Everything there is yet to be upgraded.

"Poloha, čistota, vůně, personál vstřícný. Cítila jsem se moc dobře. Pokoj pro 3 dospělé ( s přistýlkou) velmi praktický, nové vybavení, prostorná koupelna, ručníky. Mají různé typy pokojů. Pozor na zásuvky - měli jsme adaptér. Postele pohodlné, i přistýlka. Možnost klasických peřin ve skříňce. Základní nádobí pro 3, vývrtka, dostačující. Tichá klimatizace. Doporučuji večerní výšlap do města ke katedrále . Oceňuju čisté moře, přestože je to záliv a přístav. Milá plážička s pískem přímo pod hotelem u muzea . Využili jsme celodenní výlet kolem ostrovů - k zakoupení pod hotelem ( 22 euro až 25 euro na osobu). Pohybovali jsme se Boltem -rychlé , spolehlivé , místní doprava ale funguje skvěle. Při odjezdu možnost nechat v úschově zavazadla, odhlášení až v 11h ( jinde už v 10h). Sehrálo také roli při hledání. Depozit za pokoj 50 euro. Hotel má 2 bazény, jeden pro dospělé s vířivkou. Za 3 dny jsme ani všechno díky krásnému okolí nevyužili."

Malinko hluk z ulice , měli jsme pokoj v 2. patře nad hlavním vchodem, místo pro krátkodobé výstupy a nástupy. Uvádím pro objektivitu. Hotel DOPORUČUJI.

Water pressure on level 4 is not the best

"The safe, secured location is right on the beach. This place was clean. This place was close to all amenities."

The power went out while we were there during the day. The staff don't speak any English but they are quick to translate with their phones!

Sice je příjemné, že aparthotel nevžaduje kauci, ale nádobí za dobu provozu silně zredukované, např. chyběly skleničky na víno, k dispozici jen 1 menší hrníček na kávu, absence malých talířků, mísy i misek.

"It is a self-contained island of greenery (nice big garden) and quiet, with lots of things for a 5-person family to do and a lovely atmosphere. The team running the Villa were super friendly and supportive - our daughter needs to eat gluten free food and they helped us by ensuring fresh gluten free bread every day in the morning for her and once even baked a special cake. Our energetic two year old could run in the garden, play with the toys from the toy collection and enjoy the sandbox, which kept him busy and us as relaxed as possible... The fully equipped kitchen gave us the freedom to cook as we needed to. And the option to use the bicycles with a baby seat was just great. Would gladly go back for another stay."
