"Ubytování předčilo naše očekávání. Pokoj byl krásný, útulný, balkon s výhledem na jezero. Paní majitelka je velice příjemná a ochotná. Pomůže a poradí s čímkoliv. Snídaně nás mile překvapily, všeho bylo dostatek :-) . Určitě opět s manželem zamíříme."

Air conditioner did not work in our room. Reported it 3 times, maintenance came twice but no fix. Some staff members at reception were not as helpful or enthusiastic as other staff.

There was no hot water in the studio apartment..at least they should have installed a hot water heater in the shower would be better. the WiFi keeps going on and off.The TV had only 4 to 5 channels.Well, it's Solomon Islands. Everything there is yet to be upgraded.

"Apartmán se vším všudy, prostorná terasa. Ve společným prostorách jsme si užili fotbálek, ping pong a parádní bazén. Supr umístění, kousek do centra obce i od pláží. Ochotný personál. Velká spokojenost, moc jsme si tu pobyt užili."

Velmi malý sprchový kout, kde se na vás lepí sprchový závěs, plus nám moc netekla teplá voda.

"We love the area, close to the ocean, the view is fantastic. We lived in Trou deau Douce 25 years ago at Valmarin. It was wonderful to be back and these apartments has so much potential, but unfortunately it’s not taking care of. The cleaning lady was very kind."

The apartments weren’t cleaned when we arrived. The underfloor apartment was full of black mold. The pool is not taking care of. No sunbeds. You could easily do a quick renovation, do some painting and take care of these apartments and it would be wonderful. Now we love this area and has lot of friends in Trou deau Douce so we wanted to stay there. We had no contact with the owners, they didn’t answer us, but the housekeeper/cleaning lady was nice and answered, she come and clean when we asked for it.

"The hotel across the road where you check in and where breakfast is served is gorgeous with antiques all around you. The apartment was also beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and comfortable. It had a washing machine and the heating dried everything really quickly. The staff were lovely, they stored our luggage before check-in and ordered us a taxi to the train station when we were leaving. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection of foods. Yoghurts and juices were in glass containers, no plastic anywhere. Fantastic and really thoughtfully done. The location in Gamla Stan, just a few steps from the royal palace and Storkyrkan was ideal. I'd recommend getting a cab from the train station in winter if you have heavy luggage. The walk from the metro station is a challenge with the cobbles and snow. But the location is truly worth the effort."

"Very comfortable sleeping room, big kitchen and dining room area. Everything you need regarding cleaning, washing and household. Within 15 minutes of walking you can get directly to the city center and the harbour. The town park is within a 5 minute walk. Marna is a very friendly and humorous person as well. So everything was awesome!"

"Excellent apartment with everything you could need- comfortable bed, great shower, small kitchenette with microwave & oven, dishwasher & kettle. Located half way between the train/bus station & old town but shops/restaurants are close by. Lovely host who was very accommodating and response to my queries. Would definitely stay here again."

It did mention washing machine, but there wasn’t one in the apartment, but there may have been one available for the apartment complex. I didn’t need to do washing so didn’t follow up about it.

"Location and view from balcony of the sea and Orient Bay amazing, sit and watch the sunrise. Walk along the beach to restaurants and bars in the day and evening. Linda was there to greet us, very friendly and helpful. Apartment clean and comfortable. Small shop onsite for bread etc, everyone friendly lots of wild life, birds, bearded dragons and donkeys!"

"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

The neighbors in the neighborhood are also very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. The garden and outdoor space are just perfect. There is also a dining hall and a fully equipped kitchen that we used for a barbecue, plus bathrooms available on the ground floor near the kitchen and dining area. Everything was simply perfect and made our vacation safe and amazing. A big thank you for the warm hospitality!"

"From the beginning when I booked, contacted in private, for further information, the host has been very nice. The place is located in a small hill with an amazing view and rivers sound. It is a little hard to find and it might not be a bad idea to have some instructions in thai for the driver, we spent a while locating it. Once found it was easy enough to find again.
