"Nice small apartments for a short work trip, maybe not the perfect one if you go for holiday but still nice. position is very close to the city center and to the coast. very quiet and very clean."

"Ubytovani je v bytovem dome, ktery je relativne v centru mesta. Ocenuji krasne ciste povleceni. V tiche lokalite. Ubytovani bylo prijemne."

Kuchyn by potrebovala trochu péče s čistotou. Dvířka nabytku byla trochu špinavá a nadobí jsem si musela přemývat. Houbička na nádobí nebyla nová, což mi přijde nechutné. Nechápu, proc jsem dostala kod ke vchodovym dverim, kdyz dum je permanentne otevreny. Cena versus klasicke evropske ubytovani na pomer kvality je naprosto premrstena. 2 noci = 350e.

"Měli jsme trochu problém s dohledáním adresy, neb v Jerevanu vidíte málokdy čísla popisná a vstup do domu je ve dvoře. Při prvním pohledu v bytě jsme si říkali, jo, super, na druhý pohled jsme už zjistili nějaké nedostatky ve vybavení. Ale nevadilo, napsali jsem si ubytovateli a během dne nám chybějící věci byly doplněny. Na druhou stranu v bytě najdete např. i bačkůrky, což není standart. Náš byt se nacházel v 10.patře, takže pěkný výhled na město, hned za rohem od náměstí, v pěkné čtvrti. Pohodlná, měkká postel. V kuchyni základní vybavení."

Není to vina ubytovatele, ale ve vedlejším bytě žije paní, která je nedoslýchavá a pouští si TV hooodně nahlas.

Die Koffer zwei Etagen nach unten und wieder hochtragen. Obwohl es auch toll war von der Terrasse aus gleich nach draußen zu können.

"Excellent no complains great value for the price the nightly rates do not do justice to te quality clean spacious room full size kitchen and bathroom. If you are traveling on a budget I highly recommend this place. I'll be staying there next time. Very quiet also. AC also available and good quality WIFI."

"Our whole family loved this place. The garden setting is beautiful and very well maintained, and the kids absolutely loved the pool — it was a real highlight for them. The location is superb: close to the beach and right by the marine reserve, which made for some of the best snorkelling we experienced. A fantastic spot for a relaxed family stay."

"Velmi klidná lokalita s krásným výhledem na moře jen kousek od rušného centra. Pláž přímo před apartmánem byla čistá, klidnější narozdíl od ostatních městských pláží. V kuchyni veškeré základní vybavení. Personál velmi příjemný. Apartmány (č. 1 a 2) mají svojí vlastní zahradu, báječný."

From day 1 the ceramic cook top on the stove did not work.They sent a man to look at it, he could not get it to work.Nothing was done to try and fix it for the 7 days we were there.. No sharp knife to cut meat etc.no can opener. No hair conditioner. No phone to call reception, we were on the 9th floor. Had to keep going up and down to see them for anything you needed. No came to clean our room or even change our towels for the 7 days we were there.We had to go down to reception to request clean towels.Then they insisted we brought the used ones to them 1st, before giving us clean ones.But this shocked us the most, they said if we wanted .more clean ones later in the week, we had to PAY for them. The washing machine did not work properly. The TV did not work, had to get someone up to reprogram it. Neither coffee or tea was provided. But they had a coffee machine in the lobby,BUT that did not work either for the 7 days we were there. They said they had a small shop to sell essentials. But it was hardly ever open, we it was it had next to nothing in it. They have a roof top swimming pool, which trying to getvin and out of was really dangerous. The bars you held onto were not fixed properly with screws to hold it in place missing. The top step was missing altogether, when we tried to get in , not realizing the top step was not there I slipped down to the second step missing it going between it and the wall getting stuck, my wife still not in the pool and a man in the pool has to help me out, really scary and dangerous. I told reception about it , they apologized saying they would send a maintenance man to look at it.But like everything else they said they would fix, NOTHING was done for the 7 days we were there, consequently we did not use the pool again. The water in the taps and shower were far far too hot , scalding hot 🔥, very dangerous.

"There is a kitchen where I was able to prepare my own meals. All the facilities are included e.g a cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave etc It was a home from home apartment which was to my liking and style. The host Marcia is excellent and extremely helpful. I would describe her as a problem solver and very knowledgeable. Including Yolanda who does the day to day Management of the accommodation . She is always helpful and very friendly no matter how busy her day is . I have recently extended my stay for a further 18 days as I am very happy staying here whilst visiting friends and overseeing some renovation work on my own property."

Due to the fact that we are on a main Road there is ongoing traffic and the noise can sometimes be a bit loud from the music boxes the cars and taxi drivers have in their vehicles. There is no noise control on vehicles in Guyana. However, after a time you get use to it.

The guy at reception messed up my check-out. He couldn't find my booking, said I must have done it privately, and even asked me what my room rate was! Then I told him it was on booking.com again and he said fine, you can go, (presumably cos my credit card guaranteed payment?) Then as I was about to go to the airport he called me back and said you still need to pay. But this is a fabulous place. That was just a minor frustration.

"We tried 3 different hostels in UB and this one was the best by far. It is cheap (around 7€ per night), very clean, modern, the beds in the dormitory are very good, and most of all, the hosts are super nice. Yuka and her family made us feel really welcome, and Yuka is super funny. After 1 week there it felt like home. I definitely recommend this place !"

Vybavení má to nejlepší za sebou, sedací souprava/koberec by bylo vhodné vytepovat.

"Large very well appointed apartment in Block Altmore A. Bedroom looking, which was lovely looking out onto Table Mountain and living room to the canal and city. Felt very secure and a short walk to the Waterfront and V&A. Everything you needed in the kitchen and both washing machines and tumble dryer which we didn’t use but good to have. Good balcony to the front with table and chairs, balcony off the bedroom balcony overlooking Road and mountain. Daily cleaning (our gin disappeared 🤣). Very strongly advised that any noise after 10.00 would result in a fine. We are in our mid 60’s and don’t want to party but do like to listen to music which we felt we shouldn’t. Loud continual drilling started before 9.00am which I know won’t go on forever but you certainly don’t need an alarm and took away from the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. Also this apartment had a very safe secure parking space included which we needed. Great place to stay"

"Lovely double aspect room with lots of sunshine coming into the room. Loved the balcony - but could be a problem in the height of the season as it would have been overlooked if the rooms near ours was occupied as their balconies were very close. I would have loved to use the swimming pool if it had been heated, but being that our stay was in March the water was too cold."

The description of the location was a little misleading as one of the pubs mentioned had closed down - some years ago, but the details had not been amended on the website - which did in fact influence our choice in Sandpiper’s favour, and we were disappointed that it wasn’t nearer the supermarket mentioned in the write-up, either. Also, I put my suitcase in the corner of the bedroom flat - and when I moved it, I could see it had picked up a lot of dust, indicating that the corners of the bedroom weren’t very well cleaned!

"Das Appartement hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage mit Blick auf die Burg von Făgăraș sowie seitlich auf die orthodoxe Kirche. Es liegt sehr zentral und verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz, so dass eine Parkplatzsuche nicht notwendig ist. Nahezu direkt unter dem Appartement befinden sich ein ganz kleiner Laden, in dem man das Nötigste (z.B. Getränke) erhält. Ein paar Meter weiter befinden sich eine Apotheke und eine Möglichkeit für Geldwechsel. Auch der Markt für frisches Obst und Gemüse ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Appartement selbst ist wunderschön. Man merkt, dass es gut gepflegt wird! Es ist sauber und ordentlich und die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn es doch mal Fragen gibt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen!"

"I liked that there is a keypad at the door and the code was sent to me before arrival. The location is superb. An amazing ocean view. A quiet place to retreat to at end of day. Highly recommended. I'll be back. The host Petran is easily a 10!! Very kind and accommodating."

"Ubytování bylo nad očekávání krásné a pohodlné, u jedné z nejkrásnějších pláží na Mahé. Majitelka, paní Solana je velice příjemná, ochotná a se vším pomůže (pronájem auta, taxi, karta na bus atd...). Obchody a restaurace cca 600m, asi 8 minut chůze. Doporučuji!"

Přístup je do kopce, ale je krátký, takže to moc nevadí.
