"The location of the hotel is great! It's so close to Bascarsi (the city center) and to the airport shuttle stop. We could see the river, the mountain and the cable car view through our window. Mr. Ertugrul has been the kindest and the most helpful front desk staff we have ever met. He guided us for our city trip even before we checked in. This charming small hotel has beautifully designed rooms and incredibly friendly and welcoming owners who made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious, very clean, and well-heated, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The breakfast was simple but tasty, and the atmosphere in the breakfast area was cozy and pleasant."

"The only minor downsides were that the walls are not very soundproof, so we could hear other guests in the morning when they left their rooms, and the shower head could use a replacement."
