"Super-friendly staff that had relevant answers/solutions to all enquiries. The hotel is relatively small with modern décor and large nice rooms/balconies - with sea view from 2nd/3rd floor rooms. It is located on both sides of a coast parallel one-way street, with the restaurant situated only 15 steps above the waterline. And yes, up to fifty steps from the reception to beach make this a bit handycap unfriendly. There is no beach, one jumps into the water (or crawls down the small ladders) directly from the sun chairs (which are 4 euros apiece). On 4th floor of the main hotel building is a nice open pool and sunning area with magnificent views. All in all a very nice stay in Nova Hotel at half the price of similar Croatian hotels to the north and south of Neum. C"
"Personally, we were a bit tired of the parking arrangement in the basement, which was very tight and (some times) involved moving of other cars before one could shoehorn out one's own car. The restaurant serves good food, but no a la carte. Nice cold draft beer though...."
