"The high standard of the accommodation and the exceptional location, ensured we felt thoroughly spoiled. The welcome from Guy and Maria was a really lovely and unexpected touch and ensured we found our bearings quickly. The food on site was outstanding and all of the staff could not do enough for you. Walking or short taxi ride to all the best restaurants meant we had the most fantastic experience day and night. The highlight was the truly beautiful beach... 49 steps away. Paradise."

"We had the most fabulous stay at 49 Steps, we simply loved everything about the property, the location is 5* steps from one of the best beaches in Barbados. The apartment is stunningly decorated with a high end feel but still retains a relaxed laid back beach feel, there was lots of space for the whole family to relax and unwind. Our hosts Guy and Maria were fantastic and made us feel incredibly welcome, We are already looking forward to a return visit."

"It is better than the photos. There is a kitchen and dining area. It is in a residential area and about 20 mins walk into town. Also plenty of minibuses from the main road."

"Hostitelka byla velmi milá, přivítala nás a dala nám již předem instrukce ohledně ubytování. Apartmán byl v horním patře, útulný a velmi čistý, kompletně vybavená kuchyň, v ložnici k dispozici klimatizace za drobný příplatek. Jinak je zde větrák. Doprava na místo je snadná, busem, nebo společným minivanem - "taxíkem" - cca 5-10 min z centra Bridgetownu za fixní cenu 3,50 BDS na osobu. Vhodné i pro delší pobyt, třeba i s půjčeným autem, k prozkoumávání západní poloviny ostrova. Doporučuji."

"An exceptional house located in a quiet neighborhood, with a few shops just a 5-minute walk away (a supermarket and a bar) at the end of the street. A shopping mall is only 5 minutes away by car. The house has a fenced garden with a parking space inside the property. It is spacious, with two separate bedrooms and a living room with an open-plan kitchen. Air conditioning is available in the rooms. The Wi-Fi works very well, and the owner is available via WhatsApp. A smart TV is also provided. We also had the pleasure of seeing a family of monkeys in the garden on the second and the last day. A tip: book here."
