"When I arrived , hotel elevator is not functioned. They told me that within small time will brings, once elevator fixed. Waited more than half an hour , then checked with the front desk that time they told their elevator is not works, therefore they told that tommorow will give the bags.. So I went to the lobby and took my bags, luckily no body don't care me even not ask for a help too."

"The behavior of the staff was very good. Also, the breakfast menu had a variety of items and 24-hour restaurant service, which is not usually available in all hotels. I got a lot of help from Mr. Rana, Rizwan, and other staff. Moreover, all the staff listened to all our requests and did it properly. Top-notch in terms of safety and security."

"The rooms are a bit dated and probably need renovation. Cleaning is ok but needs some improvement, in my opinion. Rooms need to be somewhat soundproofed."
