Hotel Astoria

"The location is perfect. The hotel is really quiet. The rooms are cosy and clean . The breakfast is incredible."

"The beds are really hard, there was no extra layer, only a hard matras in plastic (such in a youth hostel). We asked for an extra layer but the person at the desk said the housekeeping was already gone. She didn't search for a solution to help/satisfy us."

"Breakfast was superb! The staff were extremely friendly and professional. We appreciated the welcome glass of champagne abd hanging out in the stylish lounge."

"The only thing we felt missing was a mini-fridge in the room."

"The room was very large and comfortable, the breakfast very good and generous, the staff very kind and the location just great."

"The price is increasing every year but the service remains the same."

"Staff were lovely. Bed was really comfy and rooms spacious. Bar area beautiful."

"Bad stain on one of the chairs in room - not nice to look at!"

"Nice atmosphere, beautiful place, great breakfast, kind staff."

"Some details in the bathroom: broken hairdryer that says: Defect; broken off shaving/ make-up mirror; low water pressure."

"A beautiful 20th century hotel with charm and comfort in the Heart of De Haan. Excellent quality/price ratio. Kind and professionnel team. Beautiful réception and lounge. Beautiful view on de Haan from the third floor room. Very large and comfortable bed. We Would go back!"

"À strange strong artificiel sweet smell in the room (maybe their cleaning product? but it was ok as we could open the window). No fridge in the room."

"- Breakfast had a nice and diverse selection of things. - The bar is very cosy to be at and their were very good. - The room was spacious and cosy."

"- We we're a bit surprised that they didn't clean our room. We didn't need new towels but we had a dirty cup of coffee and it's always lovely to have your bed freshed up when you book a hotel for more than one night. I think they skipped our room by mistake because we saw other rooms being cleaned. - It would have been nice if the shower had a holder against the wall so that you don't have to hold it yourself all the time."

"Everything was perfect and the personnel was very attentive and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay in this beautiful hotel."

"Aucun."
