The Alcantara Resort is located in the centre of Tournai. Our reception opening hours vary depending on the time of year, but even when it is closed, a telephone hotline ensures that our guests can still contact our staff. Guests can arrive at any time thanks to our self-service check-in system. Check-in is from 3 p.m., but you can free up your hands and mind by dropping off your luggage at the hostinec reception from 8 a.m. Reception hours: Monday - Friday: 7:00 am to 11:00 am and 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm Saturday: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Sunday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm The provincial tax for your stay is not included in your rate. This must be paid on site on the day of your arrival: €1.63 per adult per day.

"Central location, with stunning view of bell tower and pretty courtyard from our room ('Monet'), into which we were kindly allowed to check in an hour early due to rain. Complimentary teas and coffee, plus croissants and biscuits (left over from breakfast) rather than hospitality trays on our room - the hotel has great eco-credentials. Unusual retro style (brown 1950s/60's wood) with black and white film stills on the walls. Good breakfast included in room rate - fresh orange juice and homemade tray bakes stood out. Large fluffy towels."

"We had the large bedroom at the front of the property which was very spacious and well appointed. Delicious breakfast with all fresh produce and many homemade by the owner. Fab, quiet location just outside town which has many places to eat in. Owner is very attentive and even moved his car so we could park a large van. Highly recommend to all and if we are ever back in the area would will be staying again. Claire x"
