"The hotel is located right next to the metro station Botanic, and 500 meters from the train station Nord. The main shopping street is also nearby. The rooms are quite large, towels are changed every day, drinking water is provided. The staff is friendly. You can open the windows."

"No teapot, no spoon. Reception and accommodation in different houses."

"There are a few extra floor lamps in the room that create a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom is very clean. The bed is comfortable and high. The air conditioner worked well. Close to botanical garden"

"It would be nice to have a kettle and at least one glass in the room. You can hear noise from the street. The reception is on the other side of the building, so if you need anything, you have to walk out, around building."

"Comfortable bed, clean room, pleasant staff, lovely breakfast"

"Great location! Bed was comfortable, the showers and toilet were nice and clean."

"Very small space. Big luggages won’t fit"

"Excellent staffs, spotless clean, well maintained facilities, comfy beds"

"Note that they do not provide bathroom toilettries, which is fine for us since we always pack ours and it's also ecological, however if some glasses or mugs could be provided to brush teeth, it would be better."

"The rooms were ideal, the bed is massive and very comfortable! The staff were very accommodating, helpful and friendly"

"The breakfast was on times limited but perhaps that's because we woke up later than the rest of the guests"

"Friendly staff, decent breakfast, and late checkout time, by 12am (noon)."

"Some noise from the street with trams and police, ambulance cars."
