"Lokalita - perfektní, přímo u pláže, mimo hlavní ruch města, zastávka tramvaje přímo u hotelu, výborná dostupnost směrem na centrum Oostende, ale i směrem na Atlantický val a dále Personál - příjemný, ochotný usměvavý Vybavení hotelu - vyjma připomínek níže vše co hotel deklaruje, pěkný bazén, slušné bary Pokoj - pěkný a prostorný, odpovídal foto Snídaně - dalo se vybrat, ale byla moc jednotvárná Parkování - 2 noci se podařilo parkovat pod hotelem, 1 noc na ulici, vše OK Poměr cena/výkon - za tuto cenu v sezóně v Oostende super"

"It’s easy - everything is there from meals to entertainment and the rooms (appartement premium with sea view) were great, quiet and well organised. Easy parking, friendly staff."

"No complaints. I had to leave quite early so had bit of a rushed breakfast as it only opened at 07h30 so it would have been nice to have breakfast start at 07h00. Breakfast was a good varied spread for the room inclusive price."

"The dinner experience at 'the Ensor'. I waited a long time, and when they brought the dinner, the fries were cold. I asked for new fries, and got a whole discussion about it (I should have told immediately: I did tell within 3 minutes). They took away the cold fries. At the end I finished my dinner and never got other fries. I called for parking in advance; and was told I could park two streets away, but that parking was full. Finally I parked along a very dangerous and busy road (1/2 km away), and had to carry the luggage and hold the child with me, and jump between parked cars when traffic arrived. There was no way to cross the street onto the dike as there is a wall of concrete about 1m high. So the parking was a scary nightmare (especially at night). Personally I 'm not much of a tourist for gigantic hotel structures, but for families who are looking for entertainment for everyone, it is a good place."
