"Hotel leží v centru, kousek od katedrály a jiných míst. Doporučuji třeba i Red flat, podívat se, jak se žilo za socialismu. Pokoj velký, dobře vybavený. V koupelně vana i sprchový kout. Možnost uvařit si čaj a kávu. Mohli jsme si připlatit za pozdější check-out. Z a na letiště se pohodlně dostanete MHD. Doporučuji zde pobyt."

"The Hotel is very well located in the heart of Sofia in Bulgaria. The family room is very spacious with two large beds and plenty of space. The TV is very big enabling us to watch some on demand movies while we rested. Breakfast was good."

"Comfortable room, bathroom was in good condition. Breakfast was perfect with fish available. Walkable distance from metro station Serdika, city central sightseens are also nearby. Soundproof is amazing, I never heard a noise from my neighbours"
"Nothing major, but let me mention what can be improved: 1. Electric kettle could be added. Teabags are available, so would make sense to have a kettle as well. Anyway coffee machine can be used to produce hot water, so there is a workaround 2. Coffee capsulas could be refreshed on daily basis rather than placed just once on arrival. Price of pack of capsulas is minor against price of accomodation, so should not be a big deal to provide 2 capsulas once per day 3. Variety of pastries could be added for breakfast"

"The hotel exceeded my expectations. While it was not a 5 stars experience, I am more than happy after a stay there because all is made on a high level. The room is really not perfect, but you are paying 5-10 times less compared to what you will pay in real 5 star hotels, while still having a very comfortable room. This is a fair deal and I will be happy to have another stay in Grand Sofia Hotel during my next trip in Bulgaria Pluses: - Perfect cleanliness, cleaning every day - Beatiful view from the room terrace - Big and functional bathroom - Very good soundproofing - Warm room during December colds - Nice table"
"As I said before there are some minuses, but they are minor and okay for that price: - Pillows are soft - Some furniture seems tired if you will keep an eye on details - Coffee machine is making really loud noise while working, because it is placed on a mini table on the top of a big table - Bathroom salt has expired for 2 years already to the date of my stay. It doesnt work"
