"Byla jsem naprosto spokojená se vším! Hotel předčil má očekávání – čistota, pohodlí, vstřícný personál i celková atmosféra byly na jedničku. Pokoj byl krásně zařízený, prostorný . Snídaně byla bohatá, chutná a každý si přišel na své. Lokalita hotelu byla ideální – kousek tramvaj i metro."

"For a 5 star hotel there were some aspects that I would have expected higher quality. The shower gel provided is completely watered down to be barely useable, the breakfast was average and hot food has ran out 20-30 minutes before the end of the breakfast opening times.The jacuzzi bath in the room didn't work.Overall it was still a good stay."

"Easy access from airport by metro and one metro stop back to the city centre compensated for the rather built up surroundings of the hotel. Colourful interior design with numerous paintings and sculptures was very cheerful. Excellent spa options with lovely pool. Professional and friendly staff, instant upgrade of room when electrical fault found. Good breakfast and very handy lobby bar for drinks etc during the day. i would return for the massages alone!"
