"The hotel is a hidden gem at the main shopping street of Veliko Tarnovo- 2 minutes from the Central Post Office and the Old Town. It is clean and comfortable with a lovely garden at the back yard. Free parking is available for the weekends (Saturday- Sunday). It will be always our first choice should we visit the town again."

The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive. The owner was exceptionally warm and supportive, going above and beyond to accommodate different needs and requests. Her personal care made the experience feel more like a home than a hotel. I am truly grateful to her and to the entire team for their thoughtful service and seamless support. "The house was a renovated original old Bulgarian house with nice folkloric decoration and amenities. The lady who received us was very warm and responsive, she even bought special bread for my husband who has diabetes. Thank you, Minka! The room was quiet, very basic but with all necessary equipment. The bed was comfortable."
