"The hotel has a great location and offers a good spa facilities at no extra cost. Overall a good budget place to stay in central Sofia."

"Room and other facilities are a bit outdated though, specially the bathroom which does not have a shower box and causes the floor to get flooded. TV was not fully operational either, and despite my requests they were unable to solve it."

"Hotel is in a great location, right in the centre, a few steps from the metro, and a few metres away from restaurants and shops. Reception is open 24 hrs and thr staff are helpful."
