Violeta the woman who had at the reception found out a solution for us and upgrade us to the suite with no extra charge. very pleasant staff that always want to help. there is a big supermarket 1 minute walking near the hotel and there is free parking"

"The house was a renovated original old Bulgarian house with nice folkloric decoration and amenities. The lady who received us was very warm and responsive, she even bought special bread for my husband who has diabetes. Thank you, Minka!
