Chinna Cottage

"The cottage was self contained and had everything I needed for a 10 night stay. The kitchen was well equipped for self catering and the living space comfortable. I loved the location which was quiet and easily accessible. It was very close to the bus route to Hamilton and Dockyard. I felt absolutely safe during my exploration of the local area and thoroughly enjoyed walking around. The sky at night was spectacular with the lack of light pollution! I would stay here again when I return to Bermuda!!"

"I was not aware that breakfast was included? Therefore your example question regard how did I like the breakfast was not applicable. I was most thankful for being able to use my Bermuda dollars (from when I lived and worked there). to pay the rent.."

"There was nothing that I didn't like ; but guests who would not be as familiar with Bermuda nor have friends to "taxi" them near/to your location may find it more difficult than I did..."

"Ce n’est pas forcément lié à l’établissement. Pour un français, le réseau routier laisse dubitatif : en dehors d’Hamilton il n’y a pratiquement pas de trottoir et les routes sont exiguës. Ensuite, concernant les cartes bleues « sécurisées » par géolocalisation, autant vous dire que si vous n’avez pas de connexion internet avec votre smartphone, retirez de l’argent devient très compliqué. Il faut alors trouver un DAB/ATM couvert par un wifi public (aéroport, hôtel…). Pour vous rendre au cottage, privilégiez de préférence le taxi pour vous y rendre la première fois. Par la suite la couverture des transports en commun est excellente pour un prix somme toute accessible. Les chauffeurs de bus sont dès plus courtois et aimables. Les clients du bus également, tout le monde dit « bonjour » et « au revoir ». Les Bermudiens sont des gens très polis et sympathiques."

"This property is an absolute gem of a place! The hosts are an incredibly sweet natured couple with warm, caring personalities. Extremely helpful and very informative. The property itself, firstly it is so incredibly clean. Fully equipped, well laid out and with everything you need to feel like you are ‘at home’ while away from home! So many thoughtful additions too including complimentary water, snacks, tea, coffee, toiletries, games etc. Many new furnishings, giving a luxury feel. The outside space is very nice with seating and umbrella. The property is only a few minutes away from the bus stops in both directions for each transportation. Overall, great hosts, great accommodation and an incredible price….. if you get the chance to book this cottage, do it because you will not be disappointed. Total paradise, thank you!!!"
