"I really enjoyed my stay and was very comfortable throughout. The hotel is in a great location for a few landmarks as well as teleférico stations nearby. I felt safe walking after dark in the area, despite being a solo female traveller. My room was very large, quiet, with the added bonus of a spa bath and incredible views of the city, which was the highlight! The staff were very attentive and helpful. I really enjoyed breakfast which had a mixture of continental choices and freshly made eggs to order."

"I had dinner (steak with vegetables) in the restaurant and it was all quite dry and lacked a little seasoning. It was not enough to complain about and it is my only observation for improvement."

"The hotel is quite modern, clean and comfortable. It has a higher standard than most of the hotels in La Laz. The rooftop restaurant has a great view! But the food was not very tasty and the service was very slow. I recommend you go there for a picture, not for food."

"The location is okido, but you need to walk uphill to the center. So we always call a taxi, because climbing hills is quite a challenge at 4000 meters high"

In addition to the previous review, we liked that we were able to request and get an early check in and get into room a couple hours earlier. Funnily enough we got the same room as the previous stay."

"Spacious room with two comfortable double beds, plenty of storage, rain shower with strong water pressure and hot water, good bathroom amenities, and really good satellite tv. Restaurant on top floor with fantastic views - good breakfast options and we had lunch/dinner a couple times too. Staff were very friendly and reception was helpful in organising a taxi to airport. Our flight was early morning so we got a boxed breakfast to take with us. We also could leave our larger luggage when we went to Uyuni for 3 nights. We could buy water and other beverages and snacks in reception too."

"Hotel is not in the main tourist area and a short walk to key sights. Distance is not far but with high altitude the distance can feel far. Nearby dining options are few which is why we ate at the hotel several times."

The room was extremely comfortable and clean and the facilities looked brand new. I would recommend this hotel as a ‘safe bet’ in La Paz. Reception staff were helpful with holding luggage, directions and taxi booking."

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the atmosphere quiet, and the individual heating/cooling in the room made the stay perfect. The staff is incredibly professional, kind, and helpful, always going the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The breakfast buffet is delicious and varied, with an amazing view of La Paz. The location is convenient and safe, with easy access to the city’s main attractions. The hotel was also value for money. Overall, a fantastic experience — I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
