"We stayed here one night after a last minute booking. The guy at reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice and gave a lot of options. Good value for money!"

"It was well located near the witches market and busy streets. Had a local restaurant right next door to the hotel which was very convenient. The hotel was manned 24hrs and access locked at night so felt very secure. Room was clean, spacious and had a safe (as long as u have a suitcase lock to use) and they provided us with a heater when requested as it was cold at night."

"We stayed 5 nights, but no offer of housekeeping or replacing toilet roll. No towels on arrival either. For laundry we were promised a time to have it returned before our bus but the reception staff spoke about the mistake in Spanish and laughed with each other instead of talking to us directly and we waited an hour."

"Uncomfortable bed or pillows. We had breakfast included and one morning we did ask to have it to go due to an early tour and they provide us with a bag of old and bad looking fruits and a big bag of cereal... not good enough. Laundry was smelly when we collected it and some clothes still dirty"

"Budget place right in the center with hot water (though it's a bit of a challenge to get the right temperature as in most places in Bolivia) and rather big and extensive breakfast (choice of hot drink, juice, cereals, bread, fruit). We could easily extend our stay over and over again and spent a total of about a week here. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money."
"Wifi was quite weak in our room, but good in the sitting area on the 4th floor. Some quirks to be aware of: - You have to look carefully to find the place because the sign is rather small. It's located at the same place as Hotel Isabela, which seems to be the same? - When we arrived at 5am, there was no one to let us in although they claim to have 24h reception. We found shelter in the hotel next door until we got a reply on Whatsapp about half an hour later. - sometimes (especially at night) you can only use the elevator and not the stairs to get in or out - When we left for a week, they wanted to charge us for leaving our backpacks, but we managed to negotiate free storage because of the many nights we stayed here."
