"The place was so comfortable. When I travel, I normally struggle to sleep on the first night. For the first time ever, I slept like a baby on the first night at this hotel. The staff were respectful and friendly. I felt like royalty. The bed was so comfortable and the food was wonderful."
"My room was at the end of the passage next to the emergency exit, and the handbasin tap did not have hot water and the nozzle was broken. The aircon was also a little noisy but I learned to switch it on earlier to warm up the room and switch it off after a few minutes."
