Bonefish Hotel

"This hotel is a great, functiona, clean l place to stay for a night if you are going to, or coming from Tobacco Caye or any other of the islands off Dangriga. It is nicely located a few minutes walk from the boat jetty and about a 15-minute walk from the bus station, so exactly what we needed."

"Possibly a little expensive, but in keeping with other options ( and they are limited) They don't do breakfast, but you can get that at the Island Breeze restaurant whilst you wait for your boat. Five minutes walk from the Bonefish."

"A friendly welcome! The room was clean and spacious with everything we needed. The view from our window was particularly lovely overlooking a local playing field which, while very rustic, spoke to the local community spirit being a popular favourite with a local children ranging from ages from the tiniest to young adults who were all kicking around a ball happily. Beside them you could see the sea breaking on the shore behing a line of palm trees. The Bonefish exceeded all our expectations for a moderately priced hotel.. The owners were extremely kind recommending a lovely local doctor for my husband and arranging for a very friendly taxi driver to take us there and deliver us back even including a stop at the local grocery store. Thank you very much!"

"Wonderful, friendly, and warm family who run the hotel. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are equipped with everything you need. What makes the hotel special is the family who run it. We were invited to decorate the Christmas tree together, which we really enjoyed. They helped us with everything we needed, whether it was transportation or finding a pharmacy. Great hotel. We'd love to come back."

"The room with good air conditioning is perfect after some days sailing. Excellent shower. The bedroom #8 is really big and comfortable. Coffee maker and coffee were nice in the room. The hostess of the hotel drove us to the airport - so kind of her (extra treat)"

"I should have booked one more day to explore Dangriga’s culture center."

"We loved staying here. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Dangriga isn't particularly touristy but it's really friendly. The hotel was well appointed, felt very safe and the rooms were large, well appointed and light. The bed was comfortable, the aircon great, and there was a fridge in the room. We had views over the sea and it was quiet. The staff were the best! Incredibly helpful."

If you are traveling to Dangriga, I highly recommend staying. The owner makes you feel like you are at home."

"Location is in center of Dangriga, you can walk everywhere and it’s right next to the water. Facilities are clean, full kitchen, filtered water, coffee, & fresh towels. Loved that there was small refrigerator in room. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Dangriga is off the beaten path, local NOT touristy or fancy, but beautiful."
