"We loved staying here! The property was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you need. Lovely veranda at the front of the property and pool at the back. Beds were really comfortable and could use a modern washing machine, blender, coffee machine Use of comfortable sunbeds on the jetty were great and a lovely breeze. Caye Caulker airport is on the next road to the property. Flights start to take off around 8am, and don't fly in the dark. This didn't bother us at all as the planes are small Cesna's. Walk into town was about 15 minutes with plenty of small restaurants and supermarkets along the way. Bikes can be hired but walking was no problem for us"

"This is less than a year old. Very near the airport. Situated on the banks of the river. Watched manatees sunbathing from the sunset deck. Staff were very friendly. The beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. The rooms we stayed in didn’t have any windows. Spacious rooms with a good coffee machine. A great start to our trip."
