"The location was stunning and the rooms were attractive, spacious and had fireplaces. The staff were outstandingly helpful (particularly Justine) and really made the stay a pleasure. Nothing felt too much trouble. We had a lovely couple of days staying here and would certainly recommend this gem of a hotel."
"The only thing I would consider is a wider menu choice for vegetarians. This won’t affect most people but If you are staying for any length of time, the menu is a little limited."

"I was wondering why would they not provide toilet brush at a five star hotel, neither in the rooms nor in the public toilets. I understand that cleaning service is included but it is also somewhat uncomfortable not to have the option of cleaning it for myself (and neither is enviromentally friendly to flush is 2-3 times in a row)"

"Amazing experience from the very first moment we stepped into the hotel! Amazing customer service, from the front desk, to the doorman, to the bell boy, to the waitresses. I felt welcomed and at home. I chose room 306 because it has an open view on the lake and huge panoramic view. There was an actual fire place, the room was huge, attentions from the staff was incredible and the quality of every experience was superb! Breakfast was exceptional and dinner absolutely memorable. The hotel is clean and perfectly located. My new favorite place!"
