The family-run Bristol rezidence is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. "The hotel is very well located and the view from the room is great. Breakfast was very good. The spa area is small but very restful."
"Like many other hotels in Zermatt, this is way overpriced! The bathroom is kind of old with a dangerous slippery bathtub(walk in shower would be better), no space around the tiny sink to put your toiletry bags. Also there are no lockers at the wellness nor area where to put your clothing"
