"Nice small hotel with great breakfast and friendly staff. We were very happy with our stay there. A tip for future guests: you can get a free pass for public transportation, including trains in the region, if you book a stay in a hotel in the region. That was a very nice perk."

"An exceptional wonderful holiday thanks to everyone at the Hotel de Ville. The location is ideal, central, quiet, 5 minutes walk from the railway station, buses, shops and restaurants. Rooms were beautiful, cosy, spacious, spotlessly clean with piping hot water, kettle and a fridge. The staff were warm, welcoming and did everything they could to ensure a lovely stay, including making sure our family rooms were next to each other. Exquisite food, from breakfast through to lunch in the restaurant. An added bonus was the generosity of the Pays D’Enhaut tourist office who issued free travel on trains and buses in the area to everyone staying at Hotel de Ville. This enabled us to see villages, mountains, glaciers and the most breath taking views and experiences one could ever wish for. Do not hesitate, this is the absolute jewel in the Bernese Oberland and very, very good value for money. Thank you for such a wonderful and unforgettable stay, we will be back."
