Chaty v Rakousku

"Skvělé místo. Roháče jsou prostě super. Zverovka je nejbližším výchozím místem. Ubytování je přesně podle popisu. Naše skupina (10 lidí) obsadila celou vedlejší chatku (chalet) a domluvili jsme si ještě polopenzi (to jsme měli rezervovat týden dopředu - šlo by to i bez toho, protože restaurace je otevřena po celý den)."

Domluva na stravování by mohla být pružnější. Ale vlastně nám v podstatě nic zásadního nevadilo.

"Naprosto úžasné! Bohužel počasí jsme neměli ideální, takže bylo vlhko i uvnitř, ale chatka měla vše co potřebujete (velkou TV s možností přihlášení na Netflix, WiFi, Klima pro vyhřátí, bazén-když bylo hezky). Snídani vám donesli v čase o který jste požádali. Byli jsme zde 2 noci a obě rána byla snídaně jiná."

"The interior design was excellent, and the facilities made the stay comfortable"

The host should have explained how all the property facilities functioned or a set of instructions. We did not know about the water jets or lights of the pool. Slight smell in the room and lots of lizards and flys

"Fantastic views of the Matterhorn, plus the town of Zermatt, especially from the bedroom upstairs which means the view is wonderful to look at when you wake up in the morning! Very comfort and cosy refurbished old cabin which has real authenticity. The owners are very friendly and always helpful."

The three flights of stairs to go to the toilet during the night and carting up all our ski gear from the road below.

* very poorly equipped kitchen * it was stated that basic hygiene products would be provided - we were only given hand soap * tiny bin for an 8 people property * pillows were very bad * overall a bit run down and could need some renovation (tile in bathroom had fallen off before we even checked in / lamp over dining room table partially broken)
