"Perfect base if you want to explore Punta Arenas and have some tours. Located in the center and everything is walkable from the hotel. The room was everything what we needed but the staff and the service was awesome. They had a parking place just for us which is important when you're located in the center, they were very helpful and accommodating with everything and also prepared a breakfast package for an early morning tour that we had. I would definitely stay here again :)"
