"The best part was the staff. So friendly and making you feel welcome and helping at all times. Andrea and Graciela, you made our trip to Atacama area! Due to excursions being very early, we didn't have breakfast but they have some things in reception for you if you want to do. Great location, walking distance to main street. Safe parking. Pool and resting area, as at home. Top restaurant in town (though not part of hotel, they are renting premises), one of the best dinners we had during our 3-weeks trip to Chile. Last but not least, cold beer available in fridge at reception."

"Wi-Fi barely usable in rooms, WI-FI is better in reception. We would have liked additional hot food at breakfast i.e. Bacon or sausages. Variety of eggs was the only hot food available. Surprisingly no fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado). Coffee just horrible, but it is common in Chile, at least hotels. We had only once normal coffee though spent total 17 nights in different hotels."

"The hotel is really secure with the gate. Due to excursions being very early, I didn't have breakfast but they have some things in reception for you if you want to do. Lovely outside area with a nice pool. Room is simple but spacious. There is a restaurant (I didn't try it). The hotel is well located near the main street. The best part was the staff. So friendly and making you feel welcome at all times. Sadly, I can't remember the name of one staff but she was very lovely."

"Hotel is about 5 min walk from the main street, just right for a stroll down the dusty road after supper in town. Great shower in our room. Tiny pool I didn’t use but did enjoy lazing in the sun on the sun beds next to it. We ate in the restaurant one night, fantastic service and super food, they told us they had just re-opened it 2 weeks earlier. Fantastic staff throughout. Lots of shrubs and trees dotted around, it has a peaceful, relaxed feel while still being really comfortable."

"Our bed was a little bit uncomfortable compared to everywhere else we had stayed on our trip - but we still slept well after several trips out to the desert areas!"

"Lovely welcome and help throughout from Graciela on reception. Restaurant staff also very good and food was excellent (ate there twice in three days). Good location, close to main part of town but far enough away not to be too troubled by noise. 24 hour reception (good when leaving for tours / early airport pickups). Small breakfast available in reception at any hour, if leaving early."
