"Some Chileans keep their mobiles on loud at the table so you can hear the whole conversation which is annoying if you are trying to talk to your partner over dinner, unacceptable and management should know this They nplay music through their phone even at the next table, should not be allowed but nobody did anything about it even though I did complain, but was told by the staff that all Chileans do this in restaurants !!!!!"
